@Bell_Support I've been without proper service since 4:45. Started with pixelated images and garbled sound. I tried a reboot as suggested on your website & haven't been able to get past the blue FIBE screen since. An update on the progress of your efforts to fix this mess would be appropriate.

@Bell_Support How long does it take to fix this damn issue? After a long days work, people like to sit down relax and watch their shows while others get recorded, which isn’t being done right now so we’ll be missing them!!! Better get a credit on my invoice next month!!!

@hewett_michael @Bell_Support Same. Thought my moms PVR was having issues so I went over to help her. Reset, etc but didnt work so looked for support numbers and couldn't access across 2 devices and when did call 310 bell call failed

@Bell_Support When is Bell going to provide a consistent reliable service. The amount of money they charge is not reflective of the service provided. This company has got to go. Get some providers in Canada that actually provide the customers a service equivalent to what they pay for.
