After being a customer of @Bell for decades only when I call to cancel am I offered these "fantastic" loyalty discounts on my services. Might have been nice to have these offered before.

  • Les_April April Sparkles (@Les_April) reported

Am I the only person who thinks @Bell_Support is a bit off? The message "Phone for support if your phone isn't working" is just a bit daft isn't it? Is there perhaps a better manner to serve your customers who can't use the phone? Shall I call on a Rogers line instead?

  • KFernandes76 Keith Fernandes (@KFernandes76) reported

Congratulations @Bell... you're no longer the worst provider. @Rogers seems to be able to do this with ease. #scammers

  • LynLee1962 Lyn Lee (@LynLee1962) reported

@Bell_Support you can give me a email address or phone number to call because you minions on the front line have no idea how to get me to the right department. They have told me for 6 months that they are solving the problem

  • DruficeWOAT Drufice the WOAT (@DruficeWOAT) reported

@uhXena @Bell The price is BAD. Internet alone is $136 for me. I said decent meaning that its a reliable service. Honestly, I've been thinking a out switching back to Rogers because I was getting more or less the same service, PLUS cable for less than that. In short, I was agreeing with you.
