Hey @Bell do you train your installers to open a customer’s door and stick their (unmasked) head inside to announce their presence, or is that going above and beyond for customer satisfaction?

@Bell_Support new customer here. Trying to get my Fibe TV service activated for an order I placed on July 9 (install July 21). Been getting mixed messages from Loyalty saying it would be 3-5 days or 7 days and now 7 BUSINESS days. Not a great way to treat a new customer.

@Bell_Support Looks like there are larger email access issues and I'm not the only one affected. Finally got through. Thanks, but sounds like this might be going on for a couple of more hours.

Well week four of waiting for any kind of answer from @Bell_Support @bell Amazing that this corporate colossus cannot figure out how to add a new street address to their system and tell us if there is any way we can get service or not. It really sounds simple. @DeniseC41643393

@Bell Sounds like "insurance" at @canadapostcorp If you want the service that you paid for to work, item to actually show up? That costs extra.
