    @Bell_Support my bell internet is absolutely crap, cant stream netflix or prime. Jittery video and an on and off audio. I've reset everything...except my provider

    @Rogers is better than your service @Bell The least you can do is update your users. Rogers did a good job at resolving a country-wide outage, and you guys can't even respond to outages in a small area?! #Bell

    @Bell remote internet service is laughable. For $180/month, it takes about 5 mins to watch a 30 sec video, 5-10 mins to upload a single photo and I’m currently into my 11th HOUR trying to upload a 1 minute video.
