    @Bell let's talk about how I set up a business call, waited two days for response, got a response and was sent to a second rep, that rep told me I called the wrong service and I was talking to residential and now I'm calling business and waiting for a response.

    Hey @Bell @Bell_Support, I had the worst experience calling you to clarify my internet account. After waiting for 30+ minutes, my call was simply discontinued. That’s very poor costumer service.

    @Bell_Support after about 2 hours on the phone trying to fix it they told me to go pick up a new modem at their office which is 12 minutes away. I work from home and because of the long time wait trying to retrieve my wifi I was told to log off work(so I don’t get paid).

    @Bell_Support Bell is not sorry about anything. Excessive profits come before the customer who ironically are the only reason the company exists to begin with. Without us, you're nothing!

    @Bell I tried calling your bell mobility service and I had to escalate. couldn’t hear your supervisor Alex but I could hear other people@well enough. I kept asking for manager to escalate and they wouldn’t escalate. And couldn’t hear them. Terrible for communications co

    @Bell Bell Canada satellite internet and tv service is hopeless. How is this company able to get away with charging for a service and providing nothing near what customers are paying for. Five months of absolutely unmanageable Internet performance. Rogers, please come to Caledon.

    2/2: In other news, I have been dealing w/ frustrating customer service experiences w/@bell_support 📞 for the last 3 months. 😭 It was enough that I changed providers & went over to @rogers. I loved Bell’s services but there is a really low chance I’ll be a customer again. 👎🏽😔
