    @Bell_Support your network infrastructure is suffering. Connection is up but all services spotty. Even cell data download rates not even 2mb at times on lte. Are there infrastructure issues in Brampton after the storm, or are your DNS servers being DDoS'd??

    @Laura_Dudas Any news from @hydroottawa on restoration of power? Also @Bell mobile not working so some people may not have access to phone service if they don’t have a landline.
