@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell I live in a city & only get one bar of service from @TELUS for the past six yrs. I get even worse/spotty service when I travel yet we STILL pay the highest rates in the world for substandard service. The collusion between major cell providers is criminal & unacceptable.

  • Ryan_Lawlor_ Ryan Lawlor (@Ryan_Lawlor_) reported

@Bell_Support very disappointed as a returning corporate customer. Arrived to pick up new device and when agent was completing an error message stated “plan not compatible” contacted office and no guidance was provided. Was asked to return tomorrow. Shouldn’t have left @Eastlink

  • yodha_am_i Yoda (@yodha_am_i) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell what can we do to help?

  • carowilk Northern Light 😷 (@carowilk) reported

@MtnSteep @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell A large part of education is going online as well. I live in rural Ontario and the internet is horrible. The prices are criminal for what you get. All of this while families try to work from home and do online learning.....

  • bestbadideas Tony Dorman (@bestbadideas) reported

@Bell_Support That’s funny! I have tried and tried and you have failed and failed with indifferent customer service reps and poor service. Now looking into alternate providers, doing the same thing over again and getting nowhere isn’t my idea of success.
