For fun, I guess, @Bell_Support Loyalty called me yesterday in between my tech support calls re: internet. They wanted to offer a better phone plan. Ok.... They put me on hold. I waited 15 minutes. They hung up. Didn't call back. I called Bell today. Told I can't call Loyalty.

@Bell_Support No, please just investigate the issue and provide an update for your customers, so that way everyone experiencing the issue can be informed and assisted.

  • DerekRChristian Derek Christian (@DerekRChristian) reported

@TorontoFC @Bell Gotta run in a zigzag if it chases you. No lie, that's what they taught us in school down here.

  • DanWeaver_ca Dan Weaver (@DanWeaver_ca) reported

Update: they didn't. I've had another *several* calls with @Bell_Support since this thread. It's a comedy of errors. They broke my modem while remotely doing something. Arranged to install fibre (their idea -- upgrade!) but sent a technician only authorized to change the modem.

  • zer0ish84 Darren "zer0ish" Shalla (@zer0ish84) reported

@RogersHelps can you please fix this garbage ignite mode? I have to power cycle it almost everyday, some times twice a day. Never had this issue with TekSavvy. Fix it or we dropping you and the rediculouse price. @Bell install FTTH in my area so I can drop Rogers.
