    Lmao nothing like waiting on hold with @Bell for close to an hour only for them to tell you the offer they told you you can get in an up grade can't happen and then hang up on you. Guess I'll hang up on my service and look elsewhere. Refuse to pay my existing bill too.

    @Bell Horrible Customer Service! I changed my service provider to Bell thinking they will provide good service n am Waiting from last four hours for a technician to come setup the wifi and nobody showed up!! This is how they promised to provide the wifi services by not showing up

    @DiLaheurte @medic6018 @Bell_Support That didn’t happen as this has been going in since Sunday the 28th and today is the 30th of November. What has happened to cause this S. Ontario and beyond problems? And when will I get my internet/wifi back?

    @Bell_Support I have been trying to find this information all day. Bell's website of course is impenetrable and Bell's Facebook and Twitter feeds don't mention it (last post on both from November 23). Telus has a service status page that is easily accessible. Way to be transparent, Bell.
