@Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support It's not just mobility. Wifi is just as bad.

  • BrianG416 Brian Gonsalves 🇨🇦 (@BrianG416) reported

@AureliaCotta @brittlestar I see that the 3000 modem that I got from Bell has a battery bay. I wonder if powering that would help in a blackout? @Bell_Support

  • matiaa_diane Diane Matias (@matiaa_diane) reported

@Bell_Support Hello thank you for getting in touch. Internet came back late that evening.I did report to Customer service on day of outage. Looks like power just went out for a few minutes now (May 16th @ 1:38pm) so no tv at moment.

@brittlestar @Bell_Support What your really saying is that Bell won’t fix it because it IS a landline.

  • TOmama43409188 TOmama (@TOmama43409188) reported

@acmusiclady @brittlestar @Bell_Support Same! It was cheaper to include the landline when we moved over to Bell 8 years ago, and when I tried to cancel, they just made it free. Don't even have a phone plugged in at this point.

  • Dgw4806 David Walsh 🇨🇦 (@Dgw4806) reported

@konc_betty @brittlestar @Bell_Support The problem in Canada is lack of choice. I like Bell and not had much issue. Cell phones are on the Bell system, Virgin, and we are able to use them in Europe quite easily. The main issue is bundling. You can't get a television service without also having to take their internet.

  • carlCurrelley carl currelley (@carlCurrelley) reported

@brittlestar @Bell_Support We have a Roger’s land line , down over a week , 2 service visits. Just had to flip a switch at there end. Told twice , and over a week without calls from furnace guys.

  • viksandhu Vik Sandhu (@viksandhu) reported

  • AureliaCotta Aurelia Cotta (@AureliaCotta) reported

@BrianG416 @brittlestar @Bell_Support Maybe….long before they debuted the service. Just me maybe.
