They pass you to person to person and put you on hold for hours. 4 service technicians in 1 week , and still no phone, internet or cable. Calls drop and if they don’t drop, I can only hear the odd word from the person to whom I’m speaking on both my work and personal cell. I am fed up. Let me out of my contract.
