    @Bell Your escalation agent called “Red” has very poor customer service. I persons like her are responsible for solving customers issues, I can guarantee you customers will be leaving.

    @Bell Canceled my internet with bell after 1 year. Called loyalty, after 50 min waiting , not helpful at all. Expected more care and at least a softer language and a bit of sympathy. It seemed to me I was rushed to cancel my order. That is how simply you loose your customers.

    @Bell @Bell_Support FYI: No Junk folder on iOS mail app so used Safari bell-net mail returning invalid login again from Safari on iPad Mini 2 with iOS 12.4.9 but problem not due to invalid user id or password cookies enabled: yes content blocker: no private browsing: no VPN: no

    @Bell_Support Trying to get an issue resolved with new order since nov 22. Looks like I am getting connected with customer harassment center and not customer support centre. Someone just hung up on me. I have been trying since 10am today.

    @Bell almost 1 hour on hold. Will be switching service very soon. Already at the point where same rod steward song being played again. Unreal

    @Bell I ordered a phone plan and the order summary is different from what I was told on phone. I have been trying to resolve it since nov 22 but with no luck. Today one of your customer representative hung up on me! Excellent customer service!! I might very well stick with rogers.
