Molly (@Molly36317286) reported@Bell_Support what's up with the terrible reception? For the past few months I can't hear people, people can't here me. Cutting in and out.
-
🇨🇦 (@outtapocket416) reported@Bell terrible service, been trying to solve a wire issue for the past 5 years that spans from my neighbors house to mine. At least 20 calls later, 5-6 visits, and countless amount of hours wasted. I’m finally cancelling. Forget this.

Rishi Kanuga (@rishi_rk91) reported@Bell you're internet & tech support service is really bad!!! I switched to @Bell and 2 days in, I have NO INTERNET. Customer support took an hour on a call just to tell me that a technician can be sent only 24 hrs later for a fix. Clearly not #bellforbetter, it's so much worse!
-
Paul Andrews (@PaulEAndrews) reported@TamaraVineberg @Bell I don't think they care! I tried reaching out to @TELUS for my parents. They offered $5 discount on basic $80 plan. So two phones, $150/month for phone service is a bit much for seniors on fixed incomes. And $80 a month is a little outrageous for anyone to pay IMO.

BORGES (@KxngBorges) reported@Bell Or just fix ur wifi
-
Frank Polat (@frankpolat) reported@Bell_Support @Bell your customer service agents are closing tickets without confirm with the customer. Is this your service quality? They are trying to push customers to give up for calling the helpdesk and allowing the service whatever they do. I gave several feedbacks, nothing changed.
-
Stewart (@StewsLife_1) reportedLack of competent people working for them. " Best service " is a joke and I would be switching to @Bell if they provided similar internet speeds in my area. We have been in contact with rogers over the past 48hrs numerous times and they can do or should I say can't do anything to

Kevin (@LockeKevin) reported@Bell_Support just had fibe installed a week ago and both tv boxes keep losing signal and restart multiple times per day. How do I fix this? Very frustrating
