Best phone call ever! @Bell_Support loyalty called me, asked how I enjoy bell1. Phone is sent away for warranty- didnt know, 4 months old 2. Realized that I had cats complaint 3. Told her I was recording call 4. Asked for name&eddy to serve small claims suit. Again no answer

Not @Bell lying in May saying there’d be discounts applied on our next bill then lying and saying that never happened this month…. Don’t you record your phone calls? Or do you just tell customers they’re lying? @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support New customer here - QQ: When I do the internet speed test (not the Bell one), why is it that I'm not reaching anything higher than 30mbps? But when I do it via the Home Hub 4000, it's saying that I'm reaching 1.09gbps?

@Mikeggibbs We see what happens to news when it's focused on ratings vs integrity as a result I have stopped consuming any @bell and @BellMediaPR products, service or productions. That is my "business decision."

@Bell Even your generic ads are getting ratioed. Oof. @michael_melling, was this part of the plan? Is it a line item on the risk register? I can't help but think this move of yours is costing Bell a lot more money than you thought it would. Did someone overestimate their power?
