Best phone call ever! @Bell_Support loyalty called me, asked how I enjoy bell1. Phone is sent away for warranty- didnt know, 4 months old 2. Realized that I had cats complaint 3. Told her I was recording call 4. Asked for name&eddy to serve small claims suit. Again no answer

@rebeccarightnow @Bell Up to seven business days for them to listen to it to tell if I’m lying or not. Like I just feel so kicked around and I’m almost at a point of just going elsewhere like what’s the point in having loyalty to a company who pretty much tells the client they’re lying and is rude

@AllTheLoveCoco @Bell They don't take care of loyal customers, $100.00 credit on a $700/$800 phone...then they hit you with connention fee's ,used to work for them year's ago, ever since Judge Green broke up the monopoly it's services and customer support have gone to $hit..

@Bell you guys and your Indian call centers are an absolute disgrace. Impossible to get any service. Constantly get hung up on. Impossible to talk to a manager. You made a mistake and won't do anything to solve it. Why do I pay you $400monthly???

@Brewski2020 @Bell I get I average 50 down and 20 up at either location on unlimited access atm. I can work from home or cottage.
