Man oh man. Yet another day that @Bell (who’s services I sell) gave me every reason in the world to keep my personal services with @Rogers or @TELUS. 5 calls over 4 hours amd two accounts, and 0 resolution because of “system limitations”

Bell MTS @Bell_Support has been installing fiber in my area of Winnipeg and they hit my Shaw line yesterday so now I’m without internet. Pretty poor planning and work by them. Shaw tech says this has happened a lot lately.

Hey @bell, I appreciate the attention to detail on my last call. However spending 30 minutes to cancel a service I legitimately have no use for and needing to back up my reasoning to cancel it seems a bit extreme.
