@RogersHelps don't reply saying dm because even that is useless. Another dumb thing, you refuse to talk at the store. Wtf is that? You don't answer the phone so how else are we supposed to fix this? @Bell see you soon

@Bell ur "support" of small business is atrocious. Not only is it 3 days for your "service", I have to suffer a huge impact on my business. And... if I hadn't called both times to f/u on my service ticket, I wouldn't have known that the service had been rescheduled... Twice!!!

After chatting with @bell support online today, they promised me my new #iPhone14Pro would be delivered next week because they put a rush on it. While I hope that will be the case, my confidence isn’t high. 🤞🏻

@Bell_Support I'm dealing with your stupid and dumb tech support on chat since your number wouldn't work. I've never had support not be able to answer a simple question.

@Bell_Support you need to make your outdoor satellite equipment better quality and able to withstand weather in Canada. The smallest drop of moisture or wind completely screws with the signal and I lose hours/days of not having usage. This isn't fair to long time customers.

@Bell @Bell_Support this is the worst company till date I have experienced for home internet. They disconnected my service without any request of cancellation and when I contacted said, it will take 24-48 hrs to reactivate. It’s more than 4 days still it has not been reactivated.

@RogersHelps here I go again. Hung up and now on hold again for #ignitemare at @Rogers for another incompetent to pretend they care about fixing constant problems. Please @Bell have high speed internet and cable. I’ll pay more to not deal with Rogers.

@trizky__ @rob_kincaid51 @Bell Sounds like Manitoba. They basically have said the copper is done and they're not going to fix it. People with no landline because of connection issues still get billed the same. This is because they have no communication between billing, tech, outages etc. departments .
