    @ConsAreCons @DanAlbas Down by about 60%, but we had to leave @Bell, who insisted our package price couldn’t be cheaper, despite all my family’s phones being out of contract. Also was tired of requested changes not being processed, the account not being documented… basically a 💩show for the last year

    I think it's insane that it took me a total of 54 minutes, being transferred to 4 different people, having to authenticate myself 3 times and being put on hold multiple times, just to cancel a simpl service call @Bell_Support

    @Bell Hard to want the 5G service from Bell when your loyalty department won't hold a deal promised to retain an existing customer... 😤#TerribleCustomerService = No follow ups, no quote sent, and no recognition that the conversation happened... Awful case managers 👎
