@Dustin08 @kinburnsheep @Bell_Support Was over in your area this aft and dropped the same call 4 times before giving up, garbage service. Our area way better and I thought it was bad enough already at times.

@Dustin08 @Bell_Support It’s so aggravating dealing with poor service. We battled with internet for a month at the place we had been renting. Switched to Rogers in Belgrave and it’s been 👌🏼

@Vandiekins22 @Bell I was in a horrible position myself with Bell a couple years ago. I got as high as I could in customer service department and was told I could accept this "nominal" credit but that was all they could do and they were quite happy to help me cancel my account when it came to it.

@Bell Escalated the issue to Case Management and got assurances that someone would come by this afternoon, but no one showed up or phoned, and Maureen in CM just went home without contacting me. Absolutely pathetic customer service. 2/2
