@tysmo @Bell_Support In any event, I trust this manditory Fibe shutdown timer is simply to save IPTV network resources. If they can cut off receivers and shut most them down overnight, and well into the next day, why wouldn't they? It makes sense from a network resource perspective.

@Bell_Support Don’t know why you’re asking everyone to DM you. Clearly your wifi/internet is having issues when every tweet is saying it’s down. Maybe announce its down and give an ETA on a fix?

@mikeystephens81 @Bell Bell Telecom is an absolute joke, they had my 80-year-old dad paying an $80/month "maintenance fee" for a device he had paid off (despite not offering any service for that fee)
