I called Rogers wasn’t even on hold they said oh you have no signal at all we will send a technician he was here within an hour and said the wires were knocked down by ice storm and had it all fixed in 30 minutes

What are my other options? Rogers or Shaw? I’m paying far too much for this low quality service.
