    @Violet_71 @Bell You aren't missing much, I have mine installed and the service is less than ideal and when you call to have it checked out they do a remote modem reset and that's it. Called repeatedly last couple of weeks.

    @Bell hey we are pissed at @Rogers and want to move all our business lines and internet to you but it is almost impossible to talk to sales agent. Have you shut down your SME division ?

    trying to get an old refund (credit) from @Bell, got discounted twice and about to call back and speak the to the TENTH person. When they want their $ they collect fast, but when there is a credit to be paid back, good luck. Crap.

    @Bell I am happy to send the account details after you confirm that you can do better than 8 days to get a tech onsite to replace a modem that isn't broken
