  • KarishmaSnh Karishma S (@KarishmaSnh) reported

@Bell_Support this is the 2nd day my wifi isn't working... remind me again why the fees have increased for a service I can't even use?

  • jakelarocque17 jakelarocque17 (@jakelarocque17) reported

@Bell This garbage is the reason why I switched to Rogers

  • petersmithca Peter Smith (@petersmithca) reported

@vesper1978 @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support Well their stuff says its not VOIP. I wont argue, but in any event it's a known issue apparently with Home Hub 4000 and trying to use an internal DNS. Solution seems to be to turn off their DHCP and use my own.

  • Trader53N113W WoolyBugger (@Trader53N113W) reported

@Bell your satellite system never works consistently. In YEG, Sportsnet isn’t working again.

  • Fischbooks Rachel Fisch, CPB (@Fischbooks) reported

@kellie_parks @blueprintbrian @Bell My hubby has been having similar issues with Rogers. Think maybe the whole ISP world should be disrupted.

  • kellie_parks KellieParks 👋🏻 (@kellie_parks) reported

@blueprintbrian @Bell Just ranted about this very thing yesterday. Trying to cancel an Xfinity account and it’s been maddening. You can’t cancel an internet account over the …wait for it … the internet.

  • ajmas André-John Mas (@ajmas) reported

@Bell_Support Turns out you are just useless in DM as on a public tweet. More than 5 years and just as opaque as ever, with hand wavy ‘plans’ confirming your poor reputation.

  • oniluapla oniluapla (@oniluapla) reported

Hi @Bell_Support is there an outage or something going on around Islington Village? My internet has been in and out since 7 am. Restarted modem several times already.

  • YammaAdel yamma adel (@YammaAdel) reported

The tech falsely claimed to have called me so they could just cancel their last service of the day. I'm paying 140$/month and 10 year + user. I guess it's time to switch it up. @Bell what's your best plan?

  • brian9306 Brian Evans (@brian9306) reported

@petersmithca @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support What kind of home phone do you have? Is it internet based? Domain name servers just translate domain names into IP addresses. If your phone is VOIP, it needs DNS to connect to the phone network by establishing an IP session (roughly).
