    @Catvanzyl @Bell_Support @Catvanzyl so 3 years ago I had no wifi after a ice storm ! I called Rogers wasn’t even on hold they said oh you have no signal at all we will send a technician he was here within an hour and said the wires were knocked down by ice storm and had it all fixed in 30 minutes

    My wifi in Midtown #Toronto has gone from bad to worse and I already exchanged modems with @Bell_Support This new 3000 system lasted 3 months and it’s crap 2.0 The Fibe TV also crap. What are my other options? Rogers or Shaw? I’m paying far too much for this low quality service.

    @Bell when you charge me $75 to cancel my service with you, it only solidifies that I made the right decision. Good luck with your future, I'm happy to not be part of it.
