@Bell_Support A reboot shouldn't make the problem worse. My screen is now stuck on "Bell Fibe" and right now, I really don't want your advertising.

@Bell_Support @Bell FiveTV service out in St. Catharines. This seems like a pretty widespread issue. The guide is available and I can see the program in the small picture when I navigate the guide but black screen when I select any channel.
