@hitsukuya @02Yozora @Bell I had a branch bring down my line last year. after a week or so i found out the provider isn't the one who fixes lines but another company called Oncor. I don't know how it works where you are but you may need to find out who's in charge of the lines where you are.

An @bell sales person deceived me about their being a 500mbs connection option at my house when there is not, and put in a different service address in our contract to make it appear the service was available. This is a violation of the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, no?

I’m a 30+ year @Rogers (business) customer and they txt me that my cell (or I sometimes) connects too frequently to the Rogers-EXT service (new @Bell antenna across the lake) and threatens me with restrictions to that service….smart marketing move Rogers. 🙄🤔
