@RobRichRdson @Bell It’s unfortunate to hear about your experience, Richie. It’s important for customer service teams to stay professional at all times. Did the company end up resolving your issue after this interaction?

@Bell you’ve now disconnected me twice! Another agent in Philippines couldn’t hear me. Now I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes! You’ve twice sent me modems that don’t work and Bell admits it. Purolator gets 2 back a day at my location only! I want compensation! Horrible service!

@Bell your customer service is garbage. They want me to go get my own modem and then cancelled an appointment, while I waited at home and took a work day off. 2 days now and nothing. Mabhe ill just not paycheck bill for a 6 months and see what happens.

You're brave @Bell... sending me an advertisement for a service I cancelled that costs the same as the service I have now and is 1000Mbps. How about you actually get Fiber internet to where I live so I can get 3Gbps!
