I did it at best buy and they migrated my cell phone number over and setup my esim, now that im home, my phone cannot make calls and cannot text or has data.

After explaining why I cancelled my service, Randy the manager asked me if I wanted a Bell router. Now he’s told me he’s the highest person I can speak to. We had a problem with @Bell back in 2017 where they misbilled us every month we were with them. Then we sent the equipment back. Canada Post said to keep the receipt.

Appointment was made at store level by Sales person on the phone to Appointment desk. Yes, between 8 and 12. Up early...waited..no show. We had to go back to @Bell because @Rogers took 2 months to call us to say did we want someone to come out to assess the problem, with the contract we signed up in march or cancel the order. We kind of had enough. Missing out on the stanley cup games , my only regret.

I was paying 50 cad per month, tax inclusive for 5GB data. When I was frustrated and called them, their customer service person did not care. I had to port to Telus to get 60GB data for same price.

Demeter (@Lexikonin) reportedCalled @Bell to upgrade my Mobility plan from the $35 plan to the $85 Ultra Plan. I was told as a loyal customer I would have to pay $105. The advertised $85 rate is only available to new customers. How does this make any sense?
