I call @Bell_Support & press the number for internet support: an automatic message says they are rebooting my modem. No warning or choice. Then their system hangs up on me. WTF. I understand this solves some problems, but this is not well implemented. Avoiding customers?

I’ve called @bell many times in the past 2 years about taking down some very low hanging phone wires. No one has come to take a look. Do you suggest I let my 2yr old remove them (who can reach because that’s how low they are),or wait till someone gets electrocuted? @Bell_Support

@Bell You promoted your rural internet in our area. Took 2 months to get us an appointment. Just to have the technician show up and inform us the tower is at capacity. Will be months/years before we can get internet. WFH/Summer plans now out the window. Awful.

@CircularLogic89 @CRTCeng @Bell_Support I’m not arguing that. I’m saying they should reach out to a longtime customer instead of simply charging a large fee and then refunding it later. Is that clear enough to understand?

A bit more than 2 years ago, I moved (new job). My apartment is small and somewhat oddly shaped, so the modem WiFi signal doesn't reach most of the space. @Bell sells me a subscription to their @Plume Pods. Spreading 4 of these pods around my home should fix WiFi coverage. Ok.
