    @Bell_Support our internet service has been up and down for two days now, multiple phone calls and no solution, person on the phone gets it going for a half hour and then back down again. We are beyond frustrated.

    @Bell NEVER AGAIN. Had an appointment booked for over a month to get internet connected yesterday which never happen now you think you can charge for $300 in data overage charges with no warning? Unacceptable

    @Bell your customer support is a ******* joke, I just spent 3+ hours on the phone, was transferred 8 times, reached lvl 3 of tech support, was blatantly lied to twice, and had 2 of your reps get snippy with me while I was trying to figure out why my internet doesn’t work.
