@Bell How do you keep customers when you make it impossible to upgrade/renew??? I've tried 7 ways now. -Online chat is **** and disconnects -Over the phone was hard to get through to and then couldn't match your online pricing -Selfserve has an internal server issue....

employees. This is the 2nd phone call about this issue. I was promised a refund and now mysteriously no one has a record of it. Hope it’s worth losing a long time subscriber of $98! Can’t wait to call @Bell_Support for service!

@Bell_Support I have been ripped off by one of the bell customer service rep when I called *611. She said the next bill will show the $50 credit but she didn’t apply that credit to my account.

@MobileSyrup Another reason why the big three suck. Can’t even throw the @Bell fiber modem into bridge modem like @Videotronand tried to make him pay for tech support.

@Bell We’re just so tired of trying to get our Bell Fibe outages fixed. After 3 years of phone calls, you finally replaced our modem but the problems persist. We’re exhausted of this fight.

@Bell Hopefully this turns to a good news story....but @bell is currently leaving a 92 year old without service as they already cut off the service at the old address and didn't show up for instalation appointment. I'm guessing.....will be disappointed
