Hey @Bell is my money not good enough for you? You have to show me ads on the streaming services I pay for? My finger is starting dangerously close to the cancel button. @netflix already cancelled. Don’t be next.

Hey @Bell What's with the random changing of prices each month? Aren't there regulations that require you to notify your clients and respect contracts? Up/down/up/down. Up $6 here, up $0.05 there. Greedy much?

Worst customer service experience ever goes to @Bell. Wish I could bill your trash multi-billion-dollar company for all the time I've wasted on the phone over the last week.

@Bell tech called from their executive support line "We really don't need IPv6 because we have so many IPs." Never mind that it makes it harder to debug IPv6 configs when I am working on web servers. I need a new ISP, and someone who isn't "slow upload" @Videotron .

@Bell_Support @amanda_siebert You’re missing the point Addressing the individual complaint is just PR and does nothing to fix the root cause of all @bell problems: Your customer service philosophy sucks Before fixing your system first change your attitude about customers. We’re customers, not problems
