  • JodiLynn1983 Jodi Bootsman (@JodiLynn1983) reported

@CTVNews Maybe cellphone companies shouldn’t be allowed to charge $100 a month! @TELUS @Bell when MB Stilm had MTS. Plans were $50-60 a month, now they are $100, for less data and horrible customer service.

  • GRH_Hayes Gavin Hayes (@GRH_Hayes) reported

@Bell So when you go on Twitter you get a response just be told you are not on the account and for “security reasons” they can’t deal with the issue. Why was I able to speak to your staff on the phone about my issues?

  • mcguirp Paul McGuire (@mcguirp) reported

Dear @Bell - why are you so unable to solve simple problems with household wifi without trying to sell us more services? How hard can this really be?

@Bell_Support how hard is it to send someone a replacement modem?? Been waiting since March 30, no one can figure out what the problem is. Been without internet for 11 days, and no one can help me?! Ridiculous. Will be cancelling my services.
