  • Musaic2 Musaic2 (@Musaic2) reported

@peternowak And the @Bell network is awful, too, riddled with dead zones. MTS was so much better before Bell showed up.

  • nicolelioness ~N!co£€~ (@nicolelioness) reported

So fed up with @Rogers the prices are so high. And not willing to help a loyal customer. Guess it’s time for a change. Reach out @Bell. No help from Rogers customer relations. Done. #newcustomersgetbetterdeals

  • cntctdkumar Dhanesh Kumar (@cntctdkumar) reported

@Bell_Support your doorbell is pathetic, keeps going off network, doesn’t capture visitors unless doorbell is pressed (except once in blue moon) and complaints fall on deaf ears while keeps on charging much higher amount than competitors #bewareofell

  • GrumpyChef GRUMPY CHEF (@GrumpyChef) reported

@uymai @Rogers Never have that problem with @Bell

  • VANDANPATHAK21 Vandan 🇮🇳 (@VANDANPATHAK21) reported

  • GonzoBennett Gonzo Bennett (@GonzoBennett) reported

@Bell_Support spent six hours today trying to fix a minor issue. After six hours of run arounds and terrible customer service I think it may be time to find a new internet/tv provider. Issue still not resolved.

  • ManiacsGnome Wehttam (@ManiacsGnome) reported

@Bell_Support Its $90 dollars, for this Wireless Home Internet that DOES. NOT. WORK. Hell the cell tower is within sight of my home and the connection is still incredibly inconsistent. I've had this service for over a year now, when am I going to get what I pay for?

  • homeicez R (@homeicez) reported

@Bell_Support What appropriate steps can you possibly do? Maybe you can trace this manager who was so desperate to sell the Service and tell him to practice GMRC everywhere he goes I’m sure he should’ve learned that from his parents or maybe not!

  • Logan4167 Logan Prucnal (@Logan4167) reported

@Bell Your internet always goes down after midnight in Cambridge,Ontario. I have final exams coming up and can't work at night. Might have to change providers if this doesn't stop. It's been a consistent problem for weeks now.
