Hey @Bell our home internet is out. Again. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks. It was out for 5 days in mid-January. Your customer service line is not open & it seems there is no other way to contact you. We need internet now & always. Please advise what we should do. Thanks.

@Bell internet out in my area - when you call they say maybe Thursday to get restored and possibly longer. How is this possible in 2026? Just ordered @Starlink and will be cancelling my Bell service.

@Bell I'll celebrate Bell's accomplishments when they produce a Canadian TV show that doesn't include the word Canada in it. CBC can produce quality primetime Canadian TV. Why can't Canada's largest subsim network ? U still air BBT primetime

Imagine spending 2 hours on phone with @Bell because your internet isn’t working and then they told you level 2 tech unavailable so just do without internet for another 24 hours until you get a call back, ridiculous service.

Such a terrible experience with @Bell from both the initial installation and then the following customer. Satellite was not installed properly and waited three weeks to get someone to repair. They did a no-show three times in a row and customer support did nothing to resolve it

@athikafz @Bell Not just Bell tbh, Canada’s telecoms run like an oligopoly. Limited competition, expensive spectrum, and no real incentive to fix network congestion. Compare that to India: way more competition, cheaper data, dense tower rollout. Here we just pay more for dropped calls.
