    @Bell_Support I have Fibe TV and it is affected, so that's completely untrue. Can't reach Bell Fibe service by phone and TV service is completely locked. Unable to even access the guide or PVR as of 7:30pm today.

    @Bell_Support No TV, no repair tool available, chat disabled, preferred customer phone # bumps me out before answering. Is anyone there? Just waiting for the internet to go down.
