    @Bell ticket #02-345687765 I called in to cancel some services, that us the associated ticket number. The ticket is to be followed to the letter. If you have have any questions contact me with the number on file. I've had an absolutely terrible service with @Bell

    @Bell_Support I’m not sure what doing my account will do when the person we are on the phone with can’t seem to understand anything & expects us to have the working knowledge of your systems. It’s quite remarkable how user unfriendly your customer service is.

    @Bell @Bell_Support where is my money?!?! It has been 5 months since I closed my account… why have I had to call your customer service 15 times for the $68 dollars YOU OWE ME?! RIDICULOUS, worst service provider out there, you guys are thieves!!! give me back my money!

    @Bell_Support Also, your call support has their screaming child in the background. I get that ppl have to work from home but if you can’t guarantee they are focussed & helpful - find new ppl

    @Bell_Support I’m not a customer. Hence the “why I don’t deal with bell”. Your customer service drove me away many many years ago - it’s sad to see there have been no improvements since that time. I had to assist my mother as the CS worker was useless and causing her anxiety and stress.

    @Bell_Support hello when trying to watch recorded shows using the Fibe tv app get an error message with the code "1009p/3" I have tried to use the support website but there is no info about error codes. Can you help?
