(@wayne_chow) reported@Pammerhockey @Bell_Support Never trust big biz. Remember when insurance cos. first introduced data tracker apps, advertising "it'll only be used to calculate discounts, never to increase premiums". The whole time lobbying insurance regulators to let them use the data against customers. ON let them last yr.

(@devohockey) reported@Bell Your customer service is a joke. I fell for “we will call you back.” But you will still charge me for services you don’t provide. And ironically I want to watch the game that is playing at the Bell Centre. As soon as @Rogers comes to my neighbourhood we are breaking up.

(@ottsportsguy) reported@Bell @KayNurse11 That's great for the support but why not try and do something for loyal customers on their bill or services. Bell are a bunch of crooks and all they do is gauge customers. I already cancelled my mobility and fibe and internet are next. Bunch of crooks.

(@wayne_chow) reported@Pammerhockey @Bell_Support Do that with Rogers once a year. Probably could do it more often because it isn't a contract deal. In 2020, they offered me the EXACT same services, but for $15.50/month less. The whole system is so stupid. That said, dealing with Rogers CSR since I switched in '08, seems better.
