@Bell_Support Your reps told me nothing could be done. The first person I talked to told me that they would have fixed it if I noticed the bill change when it happened in September but they won’t do it now. I’ve never had a mobility plan change pricing in 22 years let alone 12.5% in 6 months.

@Bell_Support Hey Bell, I was just told that my internet is down and I have to wait 5 DAYS FOR A TECH TO COME! 5 DAYS?!? WHAT AM I PAYING FOR EXACTLY, your customer service is the worst. As a new customer I'm regretting my choice.

@Bell so dumb that you can't rewind on demand video. What if you're called away for a couple of hours and want to return to it, then you want to back up a minute to refresh? You can't. So idiotic. The more and more I learn about how Bell operates, the more I want to cancel
