@Bell_Support You are paid to say sorry. But 7 years later and 5 escalations to upper management saying "too bad, nothing for you" blatantly shows bell doesn't care, bell is not sorry, and bell will just waste my time and do nothing, like the last 7 years. Still on a copper line.

@Bell why can I nit get a straight answer from an agent..12 calls 7 hrs total. zero results.Time to switch providers.Useless and horrible service. Promises made but never given. Deplorable service. 12 year customer now going elsewhere.

@Bell_Support Still no signal to one of the receivers. Have rebooted several times today, disconnected power to the receiver, and it still doesn’t work. Any ideas/assistance as to what to do/try next?

Wow, the scam calls are coming in fast and thick today. Hey @Bell_Support I thought you guys were blocking this crap? Guess you dropped that along with your tech support and customer service. @CRTCeng the Do Not Call list isn't working, too easy to get around. Fix please.

@Bell my mom has been w/o landline service since this morning bc a Bell Canada crew has been working on ‘something‘ at the corner. She doesn’t have a cell phone, no one from Bell told her she’d be w/o service 4 an entire day. But sure, increase her monthly charges, makes sense.
