@Bell_Support My 70 year old friend😢 just had her Bell Fibe services disconnected without warning forcing her 2 upgrade w/Bell Fibre Optic & then telling her she has 2 wait 2 days to get her services restored. Senior stuck at home with no TV & internet, poor customer service!😡

@Bell_Support our fibe tv box blipped about an hour ago and now wont work. We've unplugged and plugged in both the modem and pvr. Nada No blue light on receiver=no tv Help

Absolutely disgusting service from @Bell I call to reduce my expensive 30g/month contract and was told they couldn’t offer lower plans “for a couple months” ?? I asked if I was in a contract and No but refuse to offer anything at all. What is going on?
