    FFS @Bell! Satellite is screwed because of the snow so I try to watch #Habs game on the AppleTV using the Fibe app and the game is blacked out on there. Yet on the same wifi network I can watch it the app on my phone. WTF is this madness? #Bell

    @Bell #bellsupport Your website says no outage in my area but nothing is working. The call center says there is an outage, on your website not , and like a joke agent says give us 24-48 hrs to fix the issue. Everyone is #workingfromhome

    @Bell_Support More corporate speak. You are scrambling & not posting outages online in a timely fashion. This is a large outage and we have no phone, no internet and no TV. Please take your customers seriously. Talk straight. This looks like more than a problem that will be fixed in 1/2 hour.

    @Bell_Support - very disappointed with the service. As everyone is aware most of us are working from home. Our modem had an issue on Tuesday night due to which we lost internet. I contacted bell support who had to replace modem and I still do not have internet until trmw

    @Bell_Support I was using a bell for years but still it's a bad experience. In the last 1 month it's been the worst had network issue 3 times in 1 month. Tdy the network outrage happened in North York they said the service will be restored by 8.30 but still it's not up

    @Bell @Bell_Support please get your **** together. I called MONDAY to get the delivery address for my new phone fixed after one of your employees messed it up and then we find out today that the investigation to get it fixed was never even submitted? This is not okay.
