@Bell_Support For anyone wondering about Fibe service, after going into DMs and getting several promise dates or 7 weeks that came and went without once addressing my exposed wires, the customer support team has stopped replying to me. But we knew that on May 31st. LET'S TALK BELL

The lack of cellular service in Nova Scotia is appalling. Two bars of 3G/LTE is useless. The province is growing; get more towers. @bell

@Bell @Bell_Support service has been restored and I filed a complaint. Looks like your call center in the Philippines. As a paying customer for many years I should not have to feel attacked like this.. I work from home- missed an important call due to this incident. Unbelievable

I have to fear this happening if we choose to hang up.. makes no sense. Also, agents have our personal information, should I be worried about that too? I initially called @Bell as an existing, loyal customer to buy more services and this is what I get instead? Lol @Bell_Support

@Bell your cell service outside of the city has been so terrible the last month or so. I work in a small town usually have no issues with Spotify or audible but the last month or 2 so terrible. Even sometimes in city so slow.
