    I have never been so frustrated with @Bell and their loyalty team. The only time their ready to offer you discounts & waste ur time is after cancellation requests r submitted ….then Bell reps put in fake change quotes to look productive #unacceptable I need a refund

  • Marvin_Beatty Marvin Beatty (@Marvin_Beatty) reported

    @TheLeonardChan @Bell Holy crap! This feels lawsuit'ish.

  • TheLeonardChan Leonard Chan (@TheLeonardChan) reported

    I'd rather scream at @Bell's Twitter account than some poor customer rep who's trying their best. But if I have yelled, it's because I know the calls are being recorded for quality and training purposes so it's to let whoever's listening know there's been no quality nor training.

    So @bell how good of a deal for those of us leaving @Rogers , their high prices, false charges on bills and unreliable service behind? (edited a typo)

  • JayCockburn Jay Cockburn (@JayCockburn) reported

    My favourite part of this exchange was when the line to @Bell_Support was so bad that I asked her to email me the support ticket number and the representative from one of Canada's three telecoms oligopolies told me over a distorted unintelligible phone line that she couldnt email

    @Bell_Support can someone please confirm any outage in landline phones currently happening in M6B area in Toronto?

  • impulsiveforce Ter (@impulsiveforce) reported

    @Bell_Support I did... You told me first appointment would be 36 hrs from yesterday... Super fun for a brand new customer

  • KingAshur6 KingAshur (@KingAshur6) reported

    @Bell your claim about being Canada best network... This is according to who ? The ceo ?bic crocop.. how do you make a claim so outrageous... you are clearly delusional if you believe your network is remotely adequate..

  • BenForgie Ben Forgie (@BenForgie) reported

    @Bell I still get packet losses, inconsistent speeds and never an offer to swap my modem. Just a tech support team that tells me it must be my devices and to do the same checks over and over again. Reliable 1 Gig? I don’t think so.

    @Cristian_Fabo @Bell Why is he paying $50 a month for 50 mbs down, and I'm paying $100 for the same thing???????
