Microchip (@NL_Microchip) reported@Bell_Support how can i find out if a landline can be ported to a cell phone. I tried calling in but got told that cell coverage doesn't exist in Mt. Pearl NL so the landline can't be ported. The local store told me to call in, so i'm kind of stuck. Hoping you can help

But, the speed to device, while lousy, isn’t the big issue - the issue is the inconsistent my reported purchased speed and wild fluctuations in speed to modem (which would have nothing to do with my wifi)
