@Bell If you're in a highrise building with an independent fibre operator, pass on Bell. My latency with Rally is *ridiculously* low, several ms lower than Bell Fibe was, and I actually get 1000 down *and* up.

@Bell company ******* sucks, the only thing I'd say Bell has over @Rogers is that your internet doesn't randomly turn off, which is the BARE MINIMUM for internet providers. Get better customer service representatives, #endmonopolies

@Bell_Support another day, another problem. My TV and Internet are cutting out. I go thru all these troubleshooting steps and I'm just done with that. I ask for a technician to come out, and I'm denied. Why do I pay bell? Crappy service. That's what. #customerexperience

@Bell_Support I cancelled my TV service after I told a sales rep (and your head office) that I would begin cancelling services if the sales calls didn't stop. I got another sales call this morning. Next: My home phone service. Unless you'd like to get in touch and make it stop?

@Bell_Support I just want to confirm something for that was told to me when I called. I'll be charged $75 for a service charge but I just have to call and it will 100% be reversed. Why am I being charged in the first place?

@Bell_Support I keep trying to get someone to help me discuss contract upgrades/refresh and 2 new phones. But I get rudeness, hung up on, transferred and there’s NO simple process or info online. And No help. Is there no direct no? Really fed up
