    @Bell our internet line was cut by a landscaper. Filed repair report with carrier, Bell automated call received within 3 hours to schedule repair. Call dropped & woman never called back. Called Bell back & was advised I was level 1 so he couldn't help me?????

    @Bell_Support Are there problems /w BellFibe near Avenue & Eglinton, TO - The service is unacceptable slow. Multi devices are very slow. The service is not worth paying for in the last week. It is unstable. #complaint (yes I have rebooted your modem which you keep reconfiguring)

    @Bell_Support my neighbors above ground line is now preventing me from using my driveway. Today is the SECOND time your technicians didn’t show up to fix the problem despite two ticket numbers. Not cool. Can you please fix?

    Get this @Rogers wont let me add my daughters name to my account for pick up of a phone ( her number is already on my account ) instead they are fine for me to cancel everything and move to @Bell , great client service - its not on contract anymore so their loss #saynotoRogersn

    @jenniferbeals @AirCanada "Number One in customer service" based on a poll conducted by Air Canada, and the only people polled were Execs from Air Canada. They are the @Bell of travel.

    @Bell 25 minutes, 2 different employees, 90% of it on hold & we’re just looking to find out where our modem is that was supposed to arrive today. Hung up after hold was never ending. Going to call back and cancel I think, just not worth this?
