@bell_support reports tech in my rural area is FTTN, no timeline for FTTH upgrade. Download speed never more than 4.5 Mbps, often less. Yet our plans cost the same as in Toronto & Ottawa & wherever service is adequate to demand. Isn’t this a failure to deliver? Fraud, even?

  • lisagcorey lisa corey (@lisagcorey) reported

@Bell been trying to cancel services with bell for months. I have dealt with countless employees, still it hasn't been cancelled correctly. The level of incompetence experienced in this process is mind boggling. I have spent hundreds of hours on the phone trying to resolve this.

Today I deleted all my @Bell_Support @CTVNews apps on my devices. @LisaLaFlamme_ was wronged. This is not a shot at the reporters or staff of Bell companies. It’s a direct result of those in a position to fix this and they continue to deflect. #bringbacklisa #ctv #BellLetsTalk

@Bell_Support anyway me and my silly little non technician brain was able to figure it out on my own and it didnt cost me the $100 service fee you guys charge

  • mrsmayalove Maya Love (@mrsmayalove) reported

@Bell_Support And now someone on your customer service team changed my email address . Wtf is going on with you guys

  • MelVanMol Mel Van Mol (@MelVanMol) reported

@Bell Never. Not after what you did to #LisaLaFlamme

  • RElDSDEVIL ru (ts10) (@RElDSDEVIL) reported

@Bell_Support the assistance you could provide is ensuring your technicians know what they’re doing when they come to a home. He told me the modem couldnt be installed on the ground floor (guess what, it can he just didnt want to spend the time on it), this is NOT a $130 a month service

  • RElDSDEVIL ru (ts10) (@RElDSDEVIL) reported

@Bell_Support we literally didnt have internet in the home because of this for 2 weeks and your customer service reps were nothing but rude the entire time, instead of listening to our concerns they kept offering us wifi pods for $5 a month???? ridiculous.

  • LinkTimeMaster Lenn (@LinkTimeMaster) reported

@Bell Never forget @Bell that without the people you have upset you don’t have a company
