    @Bell_LetsTalk I love helping to spread the word that #mentalhealth is as important as #physicalhealth. However, @Bell is a terrible company taking advantage of their customers and their staff.

    @DelorenziCarole I agree that #mentalhealth awareness is important. However, @Bell is a terrible company to work for or be a customer with. I'm reluctant to support an organization that doesn't walk their talk. @Bell_LetsTalk needs to do better.

    @Bell …a simple address move has now gone awry! Somehow a transfer of services now means new accounts, cancelled accounts, and an email address completely erased and no help to get it reinstated. Beyond frustrated and need help.

    @Bell The loyalty and escalation can only add promotional credits and do nothing. So no solution after 1 hrs and 20 mins and being passed around 4 times. You will lose a customer very soon.

    dear @Bell @Bell_Support. Can't express in words how bad of an experience it has been just for an upgrade. If this continues, forget new customers, you will also loose your loyal customers!!!

    @alandrummond2 @Bell There is no failure mechanism for a telco that does a bad job. They are insulated from market consequence. Like in heath care.

    @alandrummond2 @Bell Bell couldn’t/wouldn’t fix the buzzing on our landline so we dumped all of our Bell services.
