    The @Bell internet in my neighborhood is so shotty. At 7am when no one is awake and using the network, Netflix has issues loading on a TV? Lmao.

    @Bell_Support It's a general issue, not account specific. You charge 5$ per month to print and mail past bills before June 2019.... No email option for this dinosaur, just a typical inconvenient money grab

    @Bell_Support I connected the Bell hub to a new TV. The TV downloaded an update but now there is no connection. No cable and no Netflix, etc. Other devices can connect to the wifi but no internet signal. Already rebooted the router a couple times. Suggestions?
