    any one else have issue with @Bell Canada, try to contact senor manager who hides behind there trained seals .. Had a service tec LIE about a problem which would result in me digging up my driveway No accountability from Bell Canada

    @ryangerritsen @Bell Freedom Mobile is setting the standard, Everyone I know is renegotiating, or leaving. If you threaten to leave, they will drop your rates. Just talked to 3 people today, who got better deals. It's like redoing mortgages, never sign the offer the bank makes

    I want to personally thank @Bell for their exceptional customer service; Something that feels increasingly rare these days. Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with @Fidomobile, where customer support and business practices have fallen well short of that standard.
