    @Bell_Support hi, I used to able select channels on my phone and my TV will play that channel. Now it is gone and I try to pair and it is unsuccessful. Please advise how to pair my phone to my PVR. I have reset both router and PVR and still the same problem.

    @Bell_Support Because I adore the folks on your Twitter account - I have BRS and don't use the home phone or cable, but now my package has jumped up like $40 to 170$ a month. I just need the internet. Can we find an economical solution?

    @Bell_Support After several problems with the internet reception, I called your services yesterday. Your employee kept repeating that there was no problem on his end, and refused to send someone.

    @Bell_Support our internet has been dropping multiple times per day for months, even during work meetings. We've spoken to tech support twice, and they've insisted they've solved the problem both times. This is ridiculous and affecting my work significantly.

    @Bell_Support My fibe tv recordings haven't been available all day. All I get is a black screen. There's an error message saying "recordings aren't available temporarily." When will this issue be fixed? Thanks.

    @Bell_Support clearly not working though. 4 calls from 4 different numbers in 2 hours. Randomly dialing my number? Thank goodness for Googles technology on call screening and blocking. Just annoying is all.

    @Bell_Support After his complete denial and cooperation to help, I asked to speak to his manager, and he hung up. While our internet was still not working, making my brother not be able to complete his final exam online.

    @Bell_Support Just opened new Support ticket (50340330) since my Wireless Home Internet dl speed is at 0.49 Mbps at present (paying for 25 Mbps) Support advised that condition is due to 'Low Signal at Tower' My question is simple... what is the FIX and WHEN? #BellWHI_IsBroken
