    Just spent 48 minutes @Bell_Support who couldn't find my 20yr+ internet account the first 30 minutes of my call. Yes, I changed my password several dozen times this past weekend. Oh! I just got access so I ended the call. WTF? My email account just crashed again. Thx @Bell. Sigh

    @Rogers literally has the WORST customer service reps I’ve ever come across. It’s always such an UNPLEASANT experience almost every time I call. How this company has managed to monopolize so much of the market is beyond me. Time to switch to @Bell

    @Bell_Support I have been waiting months for money that is owed to me for a Bell Hub I was using. I decided to move my service over to Starlink so I could I get unlimited internet. Bell would not offer me that. Somehow, I was paying too much and can’t get that money back. $500+!

    30 years of using @Bell and I can finally say I'm done with them. Rude, overpriced. Box the longer you were with them the worst they treat their customers I wish the better bureau business of Canada could touch the untouchable companies

    the great thing about Canada: the plethora of quality internet service providers. My wireline internet is down. (@Rogers provided cable: thanks. and no ETA to repair :( ) @bell in three+ years hasn’t pushed Gig the ONE MORE BLOCK so we can get something faster than 50MB.
