    How does one download a show when there are several recordings now @Bell? You can only play or delete the series. It is still the worst app, now just made more cumbersome.

    Dealing with @premium is like dealing with Customer Service from @TELUS and @Bell - useless.

    @Rogers Then I’m told to call back in 2–3 hours—no option for a callback either. Paying premium prices, but this definitely isn’t premium service. @Bell be seeing a new customer in the near future

    I’m not a screenwriter, but I gotta think you could make a killer comedy out of the @Bell customer service experience. The live calls and behind the scenes possibilities are endless. And the jokes basically write themselves. It’s just such a wild experience start to finish🤯

    What's happening with @Bell is exactly why I'll never work there, those people are disgusting excuses for human beings, if everyone could afford to they should quit and let them go bankrupt, I'd be happy to see them become the next Hudson Bay they treat people like garbage

    @Bell_Support When are we going to get an update re: outage in Beckwith Township area? Stolen copper... first it was Friday 10pm and now Monday. Your outage tool says there's no outage. 310-BELL says there is. Unknown what Bell tool is actually accurate. Help!
