I spent 10 minutes just waiting on hold, another 5 mins explaining my problem then to be told I have the wrong number.

I have successfully escaped a $90+ monthly phone bill and migrated to $39.55, with a pathway to $33.60 in 30 days. The problem is at your end not ours!!! Two days now I've had to deal with customer support.
