Just called the @Bell customer service line - couldn’t hear the representative because of her ROOSTERS CROWING IN THE BACKGROUND. WHAT. How is this acceptable, @Bell ?

  • LycanKing89 TheOneTrueMortyMM (@LycanKing89) reported

@Bell my parents switched to @Rogers and only lasted a few days due to poor customer service. They’re still trying to get their phone number back from rogers and back to bell but haven’t heard anything. They’ve had same number for their entire time since being in this house.

  • jasonjonz Yukon Jones (@jasonjonz) reported from Kingston, Ontario

@cathrano @Bell_Support Bayridge too. New modem at 2:00. Four restarts later and it looks like it's down for the count now.

  • astrozombies 𝔥𝔞𝔩𝔠𝔶𝔬𝔫 𝔢𝔶𝔢𝔰 (@astrozombies) reported

@JrodTwitch @Bell_Support Right? I'm paying almost $90/month for what? Slow *** download speeds? Outages? We don't even have the higher tier fiber Internet in our area yet. I'm literally paying that much for the most basic fiber Internet. Make it make sense.

  • TheLadyHarley 𝕳𝖆𝖗𝖑𝖊𝖞 Stands W/ Joe Biden & Justin Trudeau (@TheLadyHarley) reported

@Bell I would if your crappy service I pay almost 400.00 bucks a month for worked. I can not even watch CRAVE because I can not login.

  • Mowgli_sr Mowgli (@Mowgli_sr) reported

@Bell Appointment today. Spoke to 4 different agents in the last 24 hours. Some say tech coming today, some say its incomplete. Technicians falsely logging they attempted to come to house. Still no support. How are you letting this happen? #bell #toronto @CBCNews @CTVNews

  • WaifuKaizer WaifuKaizer (@WaifuKaizer) reported

@Bell_Support I already diagnosed the problem and fixed it myself. Bell's modem shits the bed when all 4 Ethernet ports are used at once. I'm trying to duplex my connection to my office network and the whole internet goes out just by plugging in that final cable. its absurd and shouldnt happen

  • cathrano Catherine Allen (@cathrano) reported

@benmastin @Bell_Support Spent 1 hour on the phone trying to get an IP address. Then she told me there is an outage until 6pm.

  • i_dangelo I.Dangelo (@i_dangelo) reported

  • Julien_Lavigne1 Julien Lavigne (@Julien_Lavigne1) reported

@Bell I am a new customer to Bell Fibe TV and internet. What if I don't like it? How long do I have to change my mind without penalty?
