Don't use @PurolatorInc if don't need to. Trying send @Bell an old modem. I had a scheduled pickup for 9-12 this AM. It's now 2PM, 3 calls later, still no DAMN pickup. DO NOT USE PUROLATOR PUROLATOR SUCKS BELL.. FIND A NEW WAY MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO. DON'T USE PUROLATOR

@Bell @Bell -- aka the gang that can't shoot straight. Comedy of Errors. Just mind-boggling. 2x they offered solutions. No dice. 3rd time they said they'd send a technician Saturday. No one arrives. Just told there was never a work order. Now on phone 15 mins waiting 2speak2 manager

Worst customer service award goes to @Bell as usual. Rude manager on the phone after we’ve had to call four times to get a receiver replaced. We got a new replacement receiver that was already broken and clearly refurbished. Manager just put me on hold without a word. Garbage

LATEST SCAM. Call to your phone. Unpaid/account problem will be disconnecting your phone. Press 1 for help. Could be scary or troubling. Called TWO days in a row. These dirt bag scammers are calling any number. We don’t have BELL into our house. @Bell get onto this and warn.
