@VitaDeci @Bell_Support Why? Because Bell customer support is over somewhere in India and they don't like to be rushed. They also don't know if they're coming or going.

@Bell_Support My FibeTv App is affected as well. I have tried to watch my recording on my App since 7pm, and am still getting a "Unable to load recordings", both when I click Recordings and Scheduled. My tv is still not working.

@Bell_Support Literally the first thing the Bell Support page directs you to do is reboot your receiver when the blue Bell Fibe logo display is stuck. And now, after five hours down, you recommend NOT rebooting?
