Spent over 2 hours on chat, then when their system was 'having issues', the phone with a @Bell_Support rep yesterday...then they were gone. Hung up? Disconnected? They initially called me, but couldn't call back? Service seems to be a 4 letter word with them. Will @TELUS answer?

@bell my mom passed away, l’m dealing with a lot, you cancel my home phone and not my moms phone number in her long term care home! I waiting for the funeral home to call, family etc. I think I’m dealing with enough & now I’m on hold trying get my # connected!!! 😤

We rebooted the modem before the call. We receive an automatic message saying they rebooted the modem and to call back if there are problems and then they hang up with no chance to speak to anyone. You have to call back. What the hell even is this @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support Hi Bell Canada, I am using bell fibe internet. I have made several attempts with Customer Service team to resolve issue related to promotional offer that was applied to my account. At the end the two years cycle, I ended up paying more than what was offered to me.

@Bell my home number needs to be working now!! I pay over $400 a month for my home phone, my mom’s phone in LTC, 2 cell phones #s, and internet!!!! I’ve been on hold talking to someone to fix this for almost an hour!!!!! 😤😤😤😤😡😤
