Dr. Ellen Weber (@ellenfweber) reported@TELUSsupport Telus just installed modem to start internet & cell service. Was told old service at @shawinfo was not stopped & they'd charge $210 to cancel. @Bell.ca also said they'd not stopped service, but unlike Shaw, Bell honored our agreement not to charge me cancelation.
