@Bell_Support finally got in touch with someone from Loyalty - rather than try to help me reduce my bill (promo's expired) the lady was offering me home phone for an additional $35.95. WDF? What kind of training do they get? Time to make the switch to another provider. SMH!

@Bell_Support I switched from @Rogers to you last week and since then having network issues with my new iPhone. Tried customer support calls but no resolution. I will be moving to @Rogers back if I don’t get resolution in a week

Fibe internet outage in the area scarborough wexford. i am always have issues, now considering switching.😡😡I have a Business to run i can’t have internet cut off on me every few months because of your stuipd fibe underground wires.@Bell @Bell_Support
