    @Bell_Support @Bell Experiencing internet issues since the day I got the connection. I have also raised an escalation ticket which is open for more than 6 days.

  • DRWAGNERGARCIA Wagner G. (@DRWAGNERGARCIA) reported

    @Bell Recently, I changed from Rogers to Bell. The worst thing I made in my life! I can't hold a phone conversation for more than 20 seconds without connection issues. Crazy! I'm talking about "signal covered" places and cities, not remote places. Now, I'm stuck for 2 years contract.

  • TDNBaked 𝔻𝔸𝔽𝕋 Baked (@TDNBaked) reported

    @TorontoUltra @Bell Who’s down to run need 3

  • DLeacs netfrontpresent (@DLeacs) reported

    @Bell My Fibe TV receiver wasn't working properly, 1 day later and 3 hours on the chat and phone all I got was a price increase and hung up on twice. Zero help to rectify my situation. @RogersHelps make me an offer for TV & Internet and I'm in.

  • K9sB4HMNS Wanda Tunski (@K9sB4HMNS) reported

    Weeks of spotty Bell internet service, many calls to support, new antenna installed, a week later a new modem installed, still not fixed, work order “ticket” issued for a call back in 24 to 48 hrs no call - today started the whole cycle over @Bell @MirkoBibic

  • ItsCrapto Crapto (@ItsCrapto) reported

    @leonardnftpage @Bell wtf did you dooooo lol

  • TWilsonOttawa Tracey Wilson (@TWilsonOttawa) reported

    Is anybody else experiencing a @Bell internet outage? I’ve had none since yesterday at 6pm. 3 calls, 4 different “repair times” quoted and yet nothing. Ottawa area. So frustrating. I am missing work. 💻🛜❌🔥 @Bell_Support

  • ChadMartinTV The Alberta Chad (@ChadMartinTV) reported

    @TWilsonOttawa @Bell @Bell_Support This is why I switched to Starlink even though I live right inside Calgary. I am my own tech support.

  • Brewster080 Brad (@Brewster080) reported

    @Bell Is there an answer why ground techs leave a switch box wide open, and no service vehicle/person anywhere to be seen? Our telephone access is a backup system to fibre. Please make sure it's kept secure and tested often.

  • TheMalaMoragain Mala Moragain (@TheMalaMoragain) reported

    @Bell_Support Yeah right. You should do it automatically when you get paid for something that keeps going down. Consumers should NOT have to meekly beg for a reasonable charge rebate for the week(s) of going without a service. If @Bell had any integrity, they would do the right thing.
