Hey, my cable is finally back, after a five hour outage. I'm going to be cautiously optimistic, because it could be back out again, in 5-10 seconds... @Bell_Support

  • TicatOilGuy Mark Knowles (@TicatOilGuy) reported

@Bell_Support just reset my modem and looks like everything is back online. If anyone else is still experiencing issues try that again. Unplug LAN cables and then power cable, wait 10 seconds and plug back in LAN cables and power cable in that order. Then reset Fibe rec’rs.

@Bell_Support Use the Bell app on you smart TV. You will get normal service.

  • hmvi vilma (@hmvi) reported

@Bell_Support Literally the first thing the Bell Support page directs you to do is reboot your receiver when the blue Bell Fibe logo display is stuck. And now, after five hours down, you recommend NOT rebooting?
