Hey @Bell, way to kick a guy when he’s going through a COVID divorce. @AnnDooseTO moved her phone to her own account and now you’re hitting me with a $368 “cancellation fee” even though you haven’t lost a customer. “Let’s Talk” about THAT.

@jessedriftwood1 @Bell_Support Are you also having a problem changing an MX record that with any other provider would have taken about 40 seconds?

@jessedriftwood1 @Bell_Support That's awful! Probably not even the worst of it. Around here our local service they have the bandwidth spread so thin that it's terrible at non peak hours and near unusable when you are awake to use it.

@Bell_Support I don’t want to hear from you. I want you to stop calling me. I am on the national do not call list. What help are you giving me? I have done EVERYTHING I am required to do to stop ******* companies like yours from bothering me at home. LEAVE ME ALONE.

@Bell What does a customer have to do to be transferred to a Supervisor when the call taker is not understanding my request? I’ve asked multiple frontline call takers to be transferred to a manager?!?!

@bell: We’ll send a technician tomorrow between 8am and 12pm to fix this, and you must be home for the entire visit. Me: *doesn’t go to work* *looks at the time* oh sick they didn’t show up, what a surprise.
