@Bell Your customer service remains terrible. You DM’d me the exact same number to call that I’ve already called several times, as shown in the video I posted.

@Bell absolutely atrocious that I can’t login to MyBell account WITHOUT A CELL PHONE. I refuse to get a cell phone just to appease your login demands. For the last 10 years I could login w/o a cell phone. If you want to get paid, I suggest you remove this immediately. Abysmal svc

@Bell Thanks for sending out the technician to fix the broken line to my home phone. He didn't. Waited 8 hours for your next service guy to show up; he didn't. Called to reschedule but "Charlie" can't hear me because of the constant buzz on the line. "Let's Talk" shall we?

@patsfan_canada @Bell We haven't really had much issues up until 2 weeks ago. We can't record or watch anything recorded previously.

What's going on with @bell service tonight? And I'm pretty sure whoever set up their automated recording system was determined to drive customers nuts with all the useless messages. Worst thing: Telling me with certainty my problem has been resolved. WTF would i be calling????

@Bell I do not want a community support page. I want either a box that is compatible with Netflix that provides the same service I always had at no charge or another way to access Netflix on my tv. Can you help with this?

@Shawhelp - I pay internet just to have it cut out for close to an hour every day when I come home from work. If this continues, I’m going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.

How can you close a ticket without resolving the issue? It’s been 10 months, and the problem hasn’t been resolved. Now, you’re closing the ticket without even noticing the update. @Bell, this is the worst service I wish I had stayed with my previous provider.

@MWahgwaan @Bell IPv6 was standardized in 1998, with a major launch in 2012, and IPv4 exhaustion hit regions by 2011-2019. Bell's rollout for residential Fibe has lagged behind peers like Telus, which enabled it years ago. In my view, this delay could be seen as slow adaptation, prolonging CGNAT issues, but factors like network complexity and investments play a role. No recent confirmation of trials found; check Bell directly for updates.
