@nyogen_ @Bell Customer service no longer exists. I asked 4 different agents if I could keep my e-mail address. Oh yes, they said. Not so! I lost all my e-mails.

@SueAnnLevy @Bell If you cancel your Rogers internet you lose your rights email. That’s standard and common knowledge. I don’t see how someone who works there would say otherwise.

@SueAnnLevy @Bell My experience with Bell was so awful, I switched over a decade ago and never looked back. All of their customer service was in India, getting anything resolved was like pulling teeth.

@Rogers needs to start hiring Canadians at their Support centre. Going from one immigrant to another to another. Not understanding what they’re talking about .They don’t know what they’re talking about is very frustrating. Had an I’ve had enough and will switch to @Bell !
