    @Bell I have just joined your Fibe services (Internet, TV and phone) and it has been an absolute nightmare. Installation was horrible and my services continue not to function properly. Installer left without even ensuring that each of the receivers even worked.

    @safeandsilent @Bell_Support I have the same issue here. "Unable to load recordings" across all apps, include Apple TV, Android TV, PC. There was a firmware update to the Home Hub prior to this, so maybe it broke something? I, too, have followed all the troubleshooting steps: power-cycle modem/PVR. FIX pls.

    @Bell_Support Downtown Toronto. Fibe went down yesterday, nothing working and we currently now have zero landline phone service, just gives us fast busy. Already rebooted, unplugged everything .. when is this going to be fixed, been hours and hours

    @Maqaiti @northwestel @Bell_Support Moving to our new house we have had ****** service. I need to be in a certain spot to be on my phones and most times I need to be on wifi for anything to work like Twitter, email and Instagram.
