@JulietHodg @Bell Juliet is bang on Bell . Your administration service is the worst I have ever experienced, you want customers to pay and threaten them to cut off service, but when an error occurs on your behalf and the customer calls for an explanation is a joke.

@theslimdude @Bell Telus is big in Quebec too, their payphones say TELUS, ours used to say BELL before they took them all out, just 10 years before they get federal help to do their basic job and install an FN tower somewhere that isn't all profit, but progress. Bell is backward without Public help

@CCTS_CPRST @Bell @Bell_Support Thanks! I filed a complaint (#00000001230206). I have a good handful of people in my town that are facing the same issue. Would you suggest they file their own complaints or is one good enough?

@Bell_Support Thanks for ruining my day by deactivating my sim without notice. The new sim you want me to use also doesn't work. An agent is telling me to go to the bell store after wasting an hour of my time already and I do not have one close.. Worst upgrade experience ever.

Late news is on. Lisa Laflamme is apologising for the lack of good connectivity in rural Alberta.. CTV is owned by @Bell that provides their own self-claim of BEST COVERAGE IN CANADA.. and they aren't.. Maybe they could help CTV with connectivity?
