Really frustrating service from @Bell today. Background info, have been in hospital for a month and using a lot of cell data (cuz hospital wifi sucks). Get informed that I’m nearly at my data limit. I reach out to their support account. (1/3)

  • LondonOntMan Graham Little (@LondonOntMan) reported

Not having incoming phone calls is really hard on business. C’mon @Bell get your crap together and fix the lines.

  • jmlny53 JMLNY (@jmlny53) reported

@Bell Service your downed customers in less than 2 weeks and it might make sense. There’s a reason you’re losing to independents

  • faxon99 Chris Faxon (@faxon99) reported

@Rogers after 20mins of navigating their maze of options they return "We are too busy to answer your call, try again another time, goodbye" #awful #disgraceful #shaw. Do yourself a favor a go to @TELUS or @Bell

  • cengler42 Chris Engler 🇨🇦✝️ (@cengler42) reported

Much like their process for porting a mobile number, @Bell's self-service portal is the drizzling shits. The link for you to update your credit card doesn't work and when you actually find the place to update it, their portal still tells you your credit card is expiring soon.

  • MaestroScottM Scott F MacKay (@MaestroScottM) reported

@Bell I will support this ONLY if Canadian technology is used, Canadian factories make the components, Canadian workers build the infrastructure.

  • WMGullison WMG (@WMGullison) reported

@Bell Broadband? -Dude, cell service outside of major cities has gone down the crapper the last 5 years. It's unusable in places we're it used to be fine. - Starlink is making you irrelevant. - You charge too much for TV. You are destroying yourselves and your business.

  • AaronPrevost91 Aaron (@AaronPrevost91) reported

@Bell how can my service be so terrible especially within a major city? My Wi-Fi went out yesterday and i tried to use my phone on data, yes I was inside, but even outside I only have two bars.

  • JohnHou00719116 John Houston (@JohnHou00719116) reported

@Bell Bell who offer 3Gb fiber service with a REAL speed of around 300mbps and charge $140/month when the 300mbsp service is $90 a month. CHECK THE SPEED YOU ARE GETTING ON AVERAGE. Bell needs to be SUED.
