    @Bell_Support @Masayalb Good thing I didn’t wait for the customer support as they were unresponsive for my account to be fixed, I was referred to @Multihacktech by a friend and they were able to resolve the problem.

    Talk about loyalty and customer support for small business in Canada!! Been a Bell customer for 25 years, now all of sudden more than doubling rates for internet, phone and fax lines! @Bell @Bell_Support! Account -4506385000!!

    @Bell second internet outage this month in my area. I honestly haven’t had this bad of an internet connection since I was on dialup as a teenager. Your agent said it would take hours to fix. How am I meant to get my work done now? Horrible service.

    @Bell_Support @Masayalb The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that do not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @Multihacktech for help. The good thing is they did help fix my acct.

    Bell case management team is not responding to calls nor replying emails. I’ve sent 4 emails to follow up on a case and called 70 times over the past week. Case manager: EY14486 @Bell Bell has the best service but the worst customer experience! Shame on BCE VP of CS:John Watson

    @crossmanatlaw @RogersHelps @Bell_Support I'm in Old Ottawa South as well. Been going in circles with the customer care and tech support for 2 hours. all they can say is it will be back soon. no actual info or details. I've never seen a communications company fail so bad at communicating!

    Don't get me wrong i dont mind #Rogers service but i have to pay extra for 4k on top of the box rental fee for like 4 channels that are actually in 4k Sports mainly but 10 bucks extra come on now there isnt even 10 4k channels. your tv ads suck going after @Bell too @RogersHelps
