So I have no internet at home... because @Bell_Support apparently changed the line over to one that’s not even compatible with my modem... Im not even a Bell customer. Im with @TekSavvyCSR, who have no idea why Bell would change the line. This is wonderful.

Hi I'm a customer service rep @bell you have a problem? You're bills too high, you live in a more remote area with less options but your parents pay half and live in a more populated area with more options? Well I can offer you a additional services but no credits. #pricezoning
