@Bell_Support my parents live in a rural area and you provide their internet. It has been down for weeks due to too many people on the existing tower. They can’t even pay bills with online banking. What kind of service is this? They call and your response is we have no idea.

@Bell_Support fibre to home is coming to my rural town in Ontario. I am not or ever will be a bell customer and don't want workers in my yard. I own my property. What should I expect? I worked hard to do my landscaping and garden.
