    @Bell_Support I am having hard time getting my connection shifted to new address. Your technician and customer support team has been very unsupportive for this. Please resolve this for me in Montreal.

    @Highteaspeaks @Bell Try to get on an employee program with either Telus or Rogers. If you don't mind issues with network coverage sometimes and the likes, then try Koodo or Fido for cheaper plans. But if you want a plan that's 5g and the likes, then I'll suggest the Big 3. Worked for them before

    @Bell why does it take 3 hrs at a phone store to get a new phone. Stop treating customers as a burden and phone purchase /migration as a complex issue. I can buy a phone in any other country in 15mins.

    @Bell @RalphLauren I would really appreciate if you could chime in. All the big companies seem to not care about the people who support their brand. I hope you can restore my confidence and reach out to this long standing customer. Iโ€™ve been buying RL for over 30 years. Cmon.

    @Bell I am totally disappointed by the way the issue which I brought up was dealt by the customer care team ! The team is keeping me hold and transferring me to other dept and abruptly hung my calls ! I have an issue with an order and would appreciate if someone from Bell call m

    @Shelby2628 @Highteaspeaks @Bell They just called me randomly late last year. First thought it was a scam call, later discovered it was Fido My wife who is a current customer called to change to my plan but they said it's just for customers that left

    @RogersHelps Yes and the transfer fee of $80 is completely RIDICULOUS! How would I know if they did it by mistake. I CLEARLY asked him AND my son as well. He responded on more than one occasion โ€œ YES NO PROBLEMโ€ Yet he did. So he is now a @Bell customer & will be joining him. โ€œSorry 2cu goโ€
