@Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

My @Bell WiFi has been down for two weeks. Seven calls were placed, most taking up to an hour. 2 weeks later, still no WiFi. Monthly bill, $150. We need more choices when it comes to internet companies. Or just better companies. 15yr costumer. Wondering why.
