@Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

@kfmdawe99 @Bell It literally is so bad. The need for “pods” is total BS.

@Rogers, is it too much to ask that my connection be stable and reliable? Every few weeks I have to chase you guys down because my connection is neither stable nor reliable. I really can't wait for @Bell to roll out their fibre in my area so I can have STABLE internet. #CRTC

@Bell sells offers travel plans but doesn’t feel the need to provide the actual service. 7 days travelling, no cell service, no response from tech support.

@Bell how is it possible to upgrade to a better speed and plan and then tell me a week from today I’ll get the installation but also CANCEL THE CURRENT PLAN?! No internet for a week? ARE YOU NUTS? How can I work from home? Sure so reliable…🙄

@JAYQ_H @Bell @Eastlink 100%... when we pay for a service, it should already be reliable. Asking people to pay extra for additional items so the service works properly is scummy.

@Bell @Bell_Support Please send me the contact information of your Ombuddsman so I can make a complaint about your technician/customer service in relation to the handling of an issue involving my 90 year old grandfather.

@joerosie1 @Bell I don’t think so. Different countries different SIM cards . Usually wi go can be found in restaurants or cruise terminals. Shop for Internet package onboard the ship according to your needs. Don’t USE Canadian card with cellular at sea. No data outside Canada unless emergency.

@Bell_Support how can I find out when you will be bringing gigabit fibe to my area (L4J)? Been having unreliable service with both @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions and looking for options.

@Bell I already pay 125 for 1.5 g that puts out less than half of that in wifi within 1 foot radius, so the solution is I pay more to fix the issue? Lmao , Maybe you supply a crappy modem to sell these boosters?

You’re literally installing fibre optic and are the company servicing it. It’s like me showing up to work without knives and saying I have to go home because there’s no one to help me chop the carrots. Ridiculous @Bell_Support
