@Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

@kfmdawe99 @Bell It literally is so bad. The need for “pods” is total BS.

Biggest mistake I made was switching to @Bell Fibe Phone service. Once again today I have no phone working and my modem has an Error 2000 code after I rebooted it. Can @Bell_Support tell me how to switch back to the old copper line? I’m tired of dropped calls and modem issues.

  • JasonWa66843987 Jason Walker (@JasonWa66843987) reported

@Bell I’m getting a lot of Bell ads. They must’ve heard I got Starlink and I don’t need their crappy Bell 2000 garbage anymore.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile why is no one talking about your major service outage in Montreal? What are you planning to do for your clients? We've been out of power for 46 hours and fido has been down since Wednesday. Even now LTE access has been shotty at best. Thank god for @Bell wifi...

  • mike_collinge Michael Collinge (@mike_collinge) reported

@Bell_Support for their help on Twitter and was still ignored!

  • stillbaking Suze (@stillbaking) reported

@Bell_Support I mean, my mom went and let her use her cell and got the issue fixed but a single woman who is older in age, and who made the effort to go IN PERSON to one of your retail locations and was told she has to go home and call (with no working phone because that is the issue) is bad.

  • mike_collinge Michael Collinge (@mike_collinge) reported

@Bell_Support. Here is my story. As an unsatisfied customer of #Rogers, I decided to give @Bell_Support a try. In November of 2022, I ordered T.V. and Internet services from Bell. They came and, what I was under the impression they did was, install and provide the necessary

  • stillbaking Suze (@stillbaking) reported

This is really poor customer service. I had planned to switch to @Bell for my internet when I move next month but now I’m having second thoughts.

  • willise414 SWXT (@willise414) reported

@Bell_Support No concerns at all about the service. Rogers is just offering something much better for new customers that is half the price of what I pay now.

  • LarryFishermang LarryFisherman (@LarryFishermang) reported

@Bell_Support how come I get a message saying Bell Fibre isn't available in my area when the landlord told me it was installed? The only package available is 5mb download which is terrible

  • stillbaking Suze (@stillbaking) reported

@Bell_Support But again those methods all require either working cell or internet, none of which she had because your service was down. The point is she went IN PERSON for help and was told they couldn’t help her unless she had tried virtual means first. There should be a work around!
