    @Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

    @Bell_Support @YonaSatin Their outage page hasn’t been updated in two days and they stopped responding to DM’s. Just leaving everyone in the dark with 3 days without service. @CRTCeng does this seem right to you ?

    Hey @Bell, thank you for fixing my phone line so speedily. But your means of asking customers to do a quick survey just doesn't work. We have to call some random number to do the survey?? Why not on the call when you call us? #bell #survey

    @Bell_Support please provide an update for internet outage in east York at M4C portal code. Internet has been out since Tuesday at 1:45pm. I work remotely have used all my data already. Please DM me to provide a connection option or compensation for my data overages

    @YonaSatin @Bell_Support Why isn’t Bell providing their customers with updates? The only way I can find out information is by using my phone’s data to contact your support team. You have one job and you do it terribly. The least you could do is support your customers.

    @Bell added a $10 TV service charge to my internet bill i was explicitly told would be removed when purchased the internet. The receipt I have does not include the TV and they just added it without consent.

    @Bell I have a home phone for emergency purposes, when the power goes out in my neighbourhood I lose cell phone service, the home phone is supposed to be for emergencies. Now you won’t let me have a home phone that will work during power outages? 1/

    @sherihebdon @Bell_Support I just received a DM saying it will now be tomorrow 10pm before it is fixed, but no status update of the actual problem. Unbelievable!
