Arrived to pick up new device and when agent was completing an error message stated “plan not compatible” contacted office and no guidance was provided. Was asked to return tomorrow. Now everyone I call says it’s not my problem. Who can I speak to at Bell who actually cares customers?? So far I’ve been treated horribly.
