@Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

The worst company you could possibly ever sign up with. Extremely expensive, hidden costs added every month and all customer service reps are over seas. They don't care if you have an issue, they're not in Canada! Stay away from @Bell #BellBlackFriday

@Bell Most of the best deals are for new customers. Bell doesn't care about loyal existing customers! Cust service is horrible. Wait in queue a long time, get connected only to have call drop. One agent tells you one thing, the next tells you something different. Not a good company.
