It has been since Friday afternoon that my #Symatico has not been working. @Bell_Support keeps extending the outage fix time by 24 hours at a stretch. This is a service level failure by any measure. @Bell, I trust our bills will be credited for the downtime?

@Bell for 3 weeks my business phone line has been down, ever since we had to switch from copper to fibre. 5 technicians have come and gone without fixing my issues. Not to mention breaking light fixtures and forgetting equipment. This is terrible customer service

I have been on the phone with @bell for well over an hour. I am currently speaking with the 10th agent. I have two issues with the bill I received today. They changed me twice for a phone upgrade fee. I have been speaking with Bell Aliant, Bell Mobility and Bell Canada. …. 1/

@Oldtimers365 Very real ... Experienced it first hand. Happened to be in the driveway when @Bell was neighborhood door knocking & almost went right by me until I asked him .... what's the deal ... told me the deal and said could not offer it to you because already a Bell customer!

@Bell Having to call to cancel in home wifi is not efficient. Answered right away but “the system is slow today” on a call for 18 mins so far just to cancel is just bizarre. A leading telecom having slow systems and inefficient ways to cancel. Great wifi just make it easier

@Bell Time to get unlimited cell service data in 2-3 yerars with better satelites from Starlink or other satelite internet providers and have it as a hotspot for a whole house. Bell and Rogers will go bankrupt because never invested in this technology!

@SLT229 @Bell So many businesses build very complex systems with very little thought to resolving issues. They put all kinds of controls in place but don’t seem to recognize that sometimes there will be anomalies that need to be resolved promptly and efficiently.

@Bell Bell should get out from cell and internet as fast as they can. And invest in satellite internet and cell services. Your towers will be taken down very soon!
