    @Bell_Support Tech on phone said 50% of TV satellite customers are having issues but we aren't finding any information about it online, or seeing any other people mention issues. And she had no info on when it will be fixed. Been a week now. Anyone else having satellite issues??

    Been up since 5am.why?so that I can watch a little TV,check social media and emails and play my favorite game.4 hrs later-my neighbour's are up-theres 4 of them,1 of me-so they get the wifi signal instead.and yes @Bell admitted this.but,they are sorry.🖕🏻#"nothingtheycando" 🖕🏻

    Hey @Virgin @Bell . I have had over 20 service calls to my home in 4 years, 4 of which were since Christmas, one was 6 hrs ago. My internet is out AGAIN. Your techs know the issue, their boss knows the issue, yet it hasn't been solved. What am I paying for? Replace the terminal.

    @Bell I've had a issue that has gone to escalation with the so called executive office. I have been passed on to numerous agents. I have left numerous messages with the promise of a response and no one has contacted me. 30+ years being a customer has no value to Bell
