Friday fun. Spend an hour on the phone with @Bell trying understand why everything we agreed to for a new mobility service yesterday is now completely different today. While on hold for 30 mins, they hang up. Fun fact: I want to give them MY money...

@freedomsupport is the WORST, the coverage sucks, the customer service is gross. They are liars, don’t know anything about the contracts and are useless and rude. @Bell_Support or @RogersHelps don’t play games like this. The CRTC said they have tons of complaints daily.

But @Bell_Support @Bell you refuse to accommodate. It's not a resource issue or an infrastructure issue...the internet is there, available, and very reliable! You just don't have enough customers here, so it's not profitable for you to offer me a plan that supports my needs.

@Bell_Support cancelled acct few months ago. Just got ANOTHER bill! Got a refund weeks ago, $ seemed low. I now owe $1.29, how did past payments get covered to make 1.29 owing?? Can’t pass verification so can’t even resolve. What do I do?? Commitment to customer service??

@Bell Your customer service is a joke. I fell for “we will call you back.” But you will still charge me for services you don’t provide. And ironically I want to watch the game that is playing at the Bell Centre. As soon as @Rogers comes to my neighbourhood we are breaking up.

@samantha_cass @Bell_Support They are just awful. While installing fibre lines around one of my client's homes, they managed to put the lines right through their main sewer drain. Couldn't use plumbing at all. They spent a week getting it fixed. Bell sat on their asses.

@Pammerhockey @Bell_Support Never trust big biz. Remember when insurance cos. first introduced data tracker apps, advertising "it'll only be used to calculate discounts, never to increase premiums". The whole time lobbying insurance regulators to let them use the data against customers. ON let them last yr.

If I had known it would 5 days, 20 phone calls, 8 hang ups, no call backs and ZERO customer service, I never would have given @Bell our business. This has been an exercise in how not to treat your customers & it’s still not resolved. #bellsucks

@Bell your customer service needs work! I've been trying to get my fibe tv box fixed for 2 days......been hung up on.....waited for over 4 hours.....had to call back 8 times and I'm still no closer to resolving this issue.
