    @Bell_Support Okay I’ll try that. I’m at 1:15 and getting absolutely nowhere. I’m about to be put through to a second level of support, but the agent has to explain the situation to that person. If this doesn’t work I’ll DM but I’d rather talk to somebody.

    @Bell In the last 3 weeks our internet has been down 5 times. In the last 2 days techs have come to fix it and it’s been down again within hours. Each time we are told we have to wait another day to fix your issue. The customer service has been HORRIBLE.

    wow @Bell_Support if I haven't been a loyal customer for over a decade and almost two decades before that I'd leave your service. Still waiting for my online cell phone upgrade, order Feb 28th. Eventhough told by 2 of your people a manager would call me, nada....1/2

    @Bell I've had a issue that has gone to escalation with the so called executive office. I have been passed on to numerous agents. I have left numerous messages with the promise of a response and no one has contacted me. 30+ years being a customer has no value to Bell
