Looks like we may soon be a @Rogers customer. After 3.5 months of frustration with @Bell, innumerable calls to customer support, and 5 technical visits we still have no telephone, internet or TV. They literally keep cutting their own lines! We’re done.

.@Bell_Support For those of us who still have spotty internet with our phones (not to mention spotty phone service!), there's no point in giving us 50 GB we'll never be able to access. If you really care about us as customers, GIVE US A BREAK ON OUR BILL!... 1/2

@Bell_Support as of 2 days ago I can no longer recieve texts from my daughter, tired all things. Powering off, deleting as a contact and adding again. Resetting network nothing works. But can recieve pictures??? Help
