@Bell_Support why would your Call Center cut calls off at 21:00 p.m., when the slow down is the IVR menu and hold queue your system forces callers to wade through!? So rude.

@nath_robz @Bell I always make a point with people on the phone (and in DMs) to tell them my frustration is not with them as individuals, they’re just doing their jobs. But if the call centres can’t help me, the technicians in person can’t help me, and that photo above is a very real photo I took

@ZachTheRed3 @TorontoFC @Bell I'm hoping for that too but I have a bad feeling the money is going to Dom Dwyer since he's training with TFC incognito.

@jessedriftwood1 @Bell I pay the Danish equivalent to 130 every 3 months and that’s for a 1000/1000 connection. The price was so low that I just had to, I never do anything more task heavy than backing up my photographs. I feel sad that internet isn’t prioritized more by government in your area

@BitBitCrypto @Bell Which Telecom company doesn't operate their "customer support" from the Philippines and Pakistan.?

@jessedriftwood1 @Bell I call this “bureaucratic incompetence.” Where an org has gotten so large, and responsibility so diffused, if something happens outside the normal operations of the org literally no one in the org has the capacity to fix it.

@Bell_Support @bvalderrama Why are you responding to tweets but not the actual DM's you're asking for? Hey Bryan don't bother DMing them, they just like tweet these to people with issues and pretend they help their customers.
