@Bell today someone knocked on my door offering Bell services. I had to explain to him that I had Bell cable TV, internet, and 2 cell phones for over 10 years and alm I had was headaches. Best thing I did was, 3 years ago, get rid of every Bell service I had.

@Bell Should not have to rent pods. They should be included for a customer who is already paying for fibe which is the so called best internet service.

@Bell_Support I called and called , I really don't feel like explaining everything all over again just to be told that I must wait until November to get a new cellphone! Sorry I just know that there's nothing you can do to help either by the end of our conversation and you will apologize !

@Bell Buying a router and configuring it in access point (AP) mode solves this problem altogether. Only issue is: if you intend to disable the wireless LAN on the home/gigahub, you will either have to (carefully) disassemble and unplug the wireless antennas, or cage it.

The rep says I need to give her the service levels "name" are you fricken kidding me? I can't get a new remote because I didn't memorize your marketing jargon. @Bell I hangup frustrated and try your My bell app. I can't find any option on it to order a remote. After 20 mins
