    @Bell_Support A simple answer as to if there were network issues in the area would have been fine. I already wasted enough time in the chat at your website. Tell your agents if I see the problem on multiple devices it isn't my phone. Assuming that all customers are stupid is a bad idea.

  • _chelseeykb Chelsey B ;♡ (@_chelseeykb) reported

    Anyone else having serious issues with @Bell ? My service has been really ****** lately 🙄

  • saschasegan Sascha Segan (@saschasegan) reported

    @iansltx @Bell I know, I've requested a fix

  • Nireremlap Erin Palmer 🇨🇦 (@Nireremlap) reported

    @Bell please explain why you don’t allow fast-forwarding or rewinding on some shows. So if I miss something because of poor sound or whatever my only option is to watch the whole thing again from the start? Ridiculous.

  • lborsato Larry Borsato (@lborsato) reported

    @Bell_Support please have you reps stop wasting my time looking for problems with my phone when I see the No Service on multiple devices. ARE THERE ANY NETWORK ISSUES IN THE WELLESLEY ONTARIO AREA? Simple question.

  • evilmadcap Terry (@evilmadcap) reported

    @Bell_Support Land Lines down in Ontario anywhere?

  • CanadianGirlGta Andy (@CanadianGirlGta) reported

    @Rogers please hire more customer support representatives... being on the phone for over 2 hours each call makes me want to switch to @Bell

  • kowalsk11 Steph Berlett (@kowalsk11) reported

    @Bell_Support Rural Ontario 3G & LTE has been atrocious this last month- not just me- multiple people in the area. Please don’t DM me so I can sit on hold with a rep for 45 mins, just fix it..

  • lynsey_wynberg Lynsey Wynberg (@lynsey_wynberg) reported

    Red light on modem illuminated indicating backup battery strength low. @bell site directed me to call. Two calls totalling 30 minutes and still don’t have resolution. Need to call a third time. Shouldn’t this be an easy fix via a website? What am I missing?

  • TWSheppard Tom Sheppard (@TWSheppard) reported

    @PXAbstraction @Bell But that should be typical of a gamer, and gaming is very popular, so I suspect there are many users transferring large amounts of data. And so does streaming 4K, which I do more and more. BUT, that means nothing to the network until it starts running near capacity.
