    After 8 mos @Bell_Support finally came to replace the line to our house. The tech was supposed to come back today to connect the new line. In the process their subcontractor cut the old line so we (and our neighbour) currently have no service /1

    The original tech that is supposed to come today has not yet shown up (we were told between 8-5). Our neighbour was told it’s not @Bell_Support’s problem and they can’t help him Never in my life have I had such horrible customer service /3

    @Bell we have temporary lines that have fallen down and are now a tripping hazard. Why does bell leave dangerous conditions for many months with no follow up ? Property management has made many requests and bell never shows up. Do we need to wait for someone to get hurt ?

    @Bell_MTSHelps @Bell_Support Thanks Teddy. @Bell_Support can you look into it please. Not only the pedestal is injury hazard as its broken but for some reason it had been put too close to the driveway. Car door literally hit it every time when opened. Can it be moved at least a foot away. Its a new house.

    Parents asked Rogers to come and install the Rogers properly and they told them they can do it over the phone. My dad said no thanks and switched back to bell. Great customer service @Rogers 🖕🏻. My parents are happy to be back @Bell

    @dp115 @koodo @Bell Give me a break. Been with Koodo 7 years with 2 lines. First outage ever. Was with bell for 20 years before. ******* nightmare.
