Got calls from two @bell representatives this morning. One said techs were coming back and asked me if my problem was resolved. No, I said, if it was resolved, the techs wouldn't be coming, would they?

@Bell_Support Horrible service. You and @TELUSsupport both are looting customers with accounting/billing errors for middle of the cycle switch. Please tell me how is it possible for anyone to switch services to align perfectly to you billing cycles?

@Bell_Support 15-20 years as a mobility customer and now moving on. Excess charges when trying to make changes is ridiculous when initial change was done at your suggestion

@Bell_Support Hi, I’m from Markham area and my internet was lost again. The internet had been very unstable since Thursday December 15. This is causing a lot of inconvenience. Can you please send a technician to check the external fibre cable in the neighborhood? Thank you.

@Bell_Support your services are absolutely garbage! For almost 2 months I've had nothing but freezing and pixelated TV! They changed all my equipment 2 weeks ago and now want to change it again! Moving to @Rogers I guess is my only option

Officially had enough of @Rogers bullshit. Routers constantly die, internet cuts out consistently in the middle of the day and TV signal stutters. Then today their line fell off the house, and their tech lied about coming to the house to fix it. @Bell what tv/internet pkgs u got?

All I want for Christmas is more than one bar (at best) of cel service in Royal Bay. Get it together, @TELUS /@Bell. I’ll switch to @rogers if they’ll do something about this. 2.5 years of this is ridiculous!
