@Bell_Support @Bell If your strategy was to roll out a stinker of an AI customer service replacement and frustrate long time customers Congrats, you’ve succeeded! I always longed for a $130/mo service supported by low IQ robots, sending callers back to the main menu 10x 😖😡

@ryangerritsen @Bell I was with Rogers since back when they were ATT. Loyal for over 30 years. 3 cell phones on my plan. My bills were getting ridiculous. I asked them if I could get on the newcomer to Canada plan as it was considerably cheaper. ****** around for 3 days and in the end, I didnt qualify andthere was no way I was getting it. Called Telus, in 35 minutes I had a 2 year plan that was $128 cheaper per month so I went with them. Rogers called me for 4 days in a row, another department, customer retention, sales manager all wanting to give me a better deal, none of them had a good command of the English language. Told them the deal was done with Telus and kindly leave me alone. Then the call cente,r started, 2 or 4 calls a day for weeks from Rogers. I hate my country. I hate dealing with these monoply companies. There is not 1 thing that is good about Canada today.

@Bell Please help! Bell upgraded my inet to 50Mbps. Since then, Fibe TV is down & internet speed never went above 25Mbps. Speed test now shows 2Mbps down & 0.6Mbps up. Massive failure! Why am I paying $100/mth for 2Mbps & another $100 for no TV? Support unable to fix. HELP!

@Bell_Support Again the same with no update. Is there anyone to support on real issue or just bots closing the tickets every 48hours with no update/resolution.

@ryangerritsen @Bell Library is free, Starbucks is free, Tim's is free, other places with free internet. Cancel!

@ryangerritsen @Bell Me too! $6/month and it was supposed to be a fixed rate for life. That agreement was just last year and as a result I will have to call customer service and wait on the phone for possibly hours to get it corrected.
