@Bell I'm not going to tell you how to run your company but I think that if a customer is about to make a change to their account that will take over 2 hours on the phone with 3 different departments to revert, you might want to be a bit more up front about that

  • Tripleb2k1 Bradley Bardy (@Tripleb2k1) reported

@Bell its getting real annoying you issue me a bill a day & a half after I pay my bill

  • grok Grok (@grok) reported

@MWahgwaan @Bell Based on current info, Bell Canada does not offer native IPv6 support for most residential Fibe customers, relying on CGNAT for IPv4. This can lead to the issues you mentioned: higher latency, overhead, and compatibility problems for some apps. Trials are reportedly underway, but full rollout isn't confirmed yet. Check Bell's site for updates.

@Bell Hello. Please note that I fixed my TV challenge, and that this is the second time this year, despite all the positives that your csr’s usually give themselves, that I solved my own problems—without their assistance. Therefore, I won’t be needing a new box. Thank you.

  • MWahgwaan Merlin St.Wahgwaan (@MWahgwaan) reported

@grok @Bell So then @grok what your saying is that all of Bell Fibers customers, al experiencing decreased performance, increased network overhead, and potentially broken connections, because Bell has outright refused to offer any Native IPV6 support on the Fiber network to customers?

  • spara213 Spara (@spara213) reported

Why is my internet so bad thanks @Bell

  • JordyGold Jordy Gold (@JordyGold) reported

.@Bell internet/tv & @Netflix_CA worked for yrs. Netflix broke & said it was an internet problem. Bell explained Netflix made their app stop working with our box. We can pay Bell more to get a new box that works. This is insane! Neither company will help or take responsibility.

  • WrackWonder Dr. Lauren💀✍️ (@WrackWonder) reported

Love that @Bell promised me credits when I called last month, but failed to mention it wouldn't be reflected in this month's bill. So now I'm out over $50. Loyal customer for over two years and and they're bleeding me dry.

@patsfan_canada @Bell We haven't really had much issues up until 2 weeks ago. We can't record or watch anything recorded previously.

  • LindsayWiebeRD Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported

@Shawhelp - I pay internet just to have it cut out for close to an hour every day when I come home from work. If this continues, I’m going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.
