@Bell @Bell_Support this is the worst company till date I have experienced for home internet. They disconnected my service without any request of cancellation and when I contacted said, it will take 24-48 hrs to reactivate. It’s more than 4 days still it has not been reactivated.

@Bell_Support Your system automatically cancelled my ticket for a technician. That's what your poor rep has had to explain to me and now i have to be around till 5pm again tmr. EXPLAIN.

@Bell_Support phone service is down in the Yukon. I live in Ross River so I don't know if it's a Yukon wide as I cannot call out. It's been down for at least 2 hours that I know of. Living remotely and unable to call out is disconcerting.

That phone and TV service is her livelihood and we have cameras set up in case of anything that are now disconnected bc she has no internet. TURN HER SERVICE ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This should be against the law!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #BellLetsTalk @BellMediaPR @Bell @Bell_Support

@Bell ur "support" of small business is atrocious. Not only is it 3 days for your "service", I have to suffer a huge impact on my business. And... if I hadn't called both times to f/u on my service ticket, I wouldn't have known that the service had been rescheduled... Twice!!!
