    @TeamCollinsCurl @Bell_Support Mine said 9:30 pm last night. Then 11 pm. Now service error this morning. My neighbour with Rogers has been up since Sunday. Other neighbour with Bell internet and Fibe in same position as us. Nothing.

    NEVER use @Bell They dont care about customers. I got a “free” upgrade because Ive been with them over 12 years. My bill went from $130/month to $250/month. They con you out of your old plan, to get you on a worse plan, to offer you a “free” upgrade that you have to pay for.

  • QuinteFan 2of7 (@QuinteFan) reported

    @Bell_Support Did you even read the tweet? It’s not about the outage, it’s about the fact that power-independent communication is no longer an option.

  • rachimeson Rachyll (@rachimeson) reported

    @Bell_Support Tried this a few times and still no internet. Our power returned yesterday afternoon and we had wifi, but woke up this morning to none. Clearly this isn't a router issue; it's a Bell issue

  • Angst79799255 Angst (@Angst79799255) reported

    @v0guev3nom @Bell_Support I’m in the same boat and bell refuses to offer any updates. 96 hours and no service. Why the secrecy Bell? DM is useless as they don’t respond

  • kbelly_76 Kelly Brassington (@kbelly_76) reported

    @Bell_Support is your email down

  • GladysRBates142 Gladys R. Bates 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 (@GladysRBates142) reported

    @Rogers, @Bell, other service providers: listen up. How about giving free service to Ottawa + Uxbridge or anywhere there is significant storm damage? People might go over there allowed minutes to deal with problems. Have a heart for God’s sakes!

  • QuinteFan 2of7 (@QuinteFan) reported

    No power and no cell service means NO ABILITY to contact emergency services. A wired phone is no longer an option according to Bell due to “upgrades” to the system. This senior is furious. @Bell_Support @bellcanadalies

  • v0guev3nom v0guev3nom (@v0guev3nom) reported

    @Bell_Support how much longer until the internet is back? This is the worst outage I have seen and it doesn’t seem to be a priority. Will we be compensated for the amount of data we have to use in order to work? Can someone at least give me an answer??

  • Angst79799255 Angst (@Angst79799255) reported

    @Bell_Support is it true that bell has been hit with a ransomware attack? Is that why there is so much secrecy about the outage? Bell website says everything is fine and your feed suggests the same. Should I DM you for help?
