@Bell I buy my own phones but bell is still charging me 85 for crappy 1 or no bar service I don’t want an 85 plan there are 0 options re rate plans. Koodo has options and it’s not a bell company!

@JoeTassone @Bell That sucks man. I get it, things happen…. But when you call the people that are supposed to be there to help you and it’s basically counter productive it’s hard to have faith in a company.

  • MgniM The Canadian (@MgniM) reported

Cancelling my @bell tv service will mean I lose my promotions on the other two services and my bill would end up being the same as it is now but with no tv service. They get you coming and going.

@Bell_Support Not a problem I will message you now

@Bell your “country satellite” internet sucks. It sucks. Up and down and up and down. You just replaced the modem AND the satellite and it STILL sucks. You’re a joke.

@Bell_Support it’s super frustrating. Your customer support team is useless. The address can’t be found to add another line despite having one already. We live here. We get mail. We have Bell already. I don’t understand the issue. And no one is helping. This is urgent.

@TELUSsupport Crave is Canada’s worst embarrassment - brought to you by @Bell

  • JenniferKastein jennifer kastein (@JenniferKastein) reported

@Bell_Support I’ve done that NUMEROUS TIMES! Tech support keeps saying “tomorrow at o’clock” tomorrow never comes. I was credited for last month, this month I get a full bill again…still no internet

  • MgniM The Canadian (@MgniM) reported

@Bell_Support The customer service agents all tell a different story. None of which has been accurate. Horrible way to treat loyal customers. Bell clearly doesn’t care about customers.

  • TorontoFlute Jaye Marsh 🎶🍁🦩 (@TorontoFlute) reported

@Bell_Support I understand the need for some ads on the tv app channels but they are all the same, in the same order, and there’s never more than 5mins of show between commercials. It’s infuriating! Can anything be done?
