Apparently @Fidomobile doesn’t want to have customers anymore. Just spoke with their rep, who informed me that they will compensate me for 1 day of outage, i.e. $6.50. I’m switching all my lines to @Bell #rogersoutage #rogersdown

@Bell I said if I have to call again to resolve a billing issue, I'm billing bell for my time. I shouldn't have to call 5 times and be lied too saying the issue has been resolved.

For anyone thinking other 🇨🇦 mobile phone providers are somehow better than Rogers, I'd like to disabuse you of that misconception. I am currently on hold to speak to a TENTH service person at @Bell_Support today. Together we could form a useless, frustrated sports team.

Got new @Bell internet 2 weeks ago and it is not working properly since. 1 port keeps failing. Getting half speed they promised. sure they will charge me full. Not sure which one is worse having issues every day or switch Rogers and have issue one full day with everyone else.

@Bell @Bell_Support where do I escalate a rude customer service rep? You dont have an email or customer feedback portal. Rep declined to open a ticket and was rude. I was kept on line for 1 hour 4 minutes. Refused to give employee ID. All i got was name - joy .
