    @DPocroianu @Bell I bought my modem or rather I was forced to pay for it. Cancelled my service in April now they want 100 for the modem! I paid for it not sending it back unless they give me a refund! Modem rental was never on the bill. @Bell_Support

    @TELUSsupport hey @tellus when you going to fix my problem I tweet at you and I called you and I was supposed to get a call back and nothing happened. My phone is still dropping calls. Don't you care about a 20-year customer. Should I reach out to @Bell

    @Bell_Support I’m sorry but you have the WORST coverage. Almost anywhere in Norfolk County, ON gets zero to 1 bar on LTE and most of the time it’s 3G which doesn’t work for anything. Contract done in a year and I’m back with Rogers. At least they have coverage that works!

    Still waiting for my refund for excess funds debited by @Bell . Its been 3 months !!!! Such a dissapointing customer service experience. @Bell_Support. Noone responds. Even the escalation form on the Be page is useless.
