@Bell_Support Thanks DK, I have spoken to 6 customer support people today. I have nothing left in my gas tank for another conversation. I am sure somebody can review the recordings. Your CS people are wonderful, if not useful. I wish I could said that about your case manager.

@Bell_Support Half of the people I called to resolve a issue that should have never happened... AGAIN didn't even run tests to see the issue. They said as much then put me on hold then hung up. That happened 5 times out of 7! Then lvl2 tech pulled the same ****. Hire better ffs.

@Bell_Business @Bell WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR INTERNET THE PAST 72 HOURS? I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH FRUSTRATION IN MY ENTIRE WI-FI LIFE. I MEAN COGECO AND ROGERS I'VE HAD FOR 15 YEARS EACH AND AFTER 30 YEARS DECIDED TO GIVE BELL A TRY AND NOW AFTER 2 YEARS NOTHNG BUT PROBLEMS! 😡😬🙄

@Bell_Support That's a qualified no. It happens often enough to be a problem. For the most part, federated login service providers have put in the work to fix issues like this. Bell is one that hasn't. "Clear your cookies" is so 1998.
