@Bell how is it that I can pay my bill one day and it is posted to my account the next day BUT when YOU owe ME a credit on MY ACCOUNT it takes 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS?????? Certainly seems a little ODD don't you think???? I say it's simple GREED AND DISRESPECT toward the CUSTOMER!

@Bell disappointed that you charge double for a service, call it a IT glitch and when I request to compensate for finding the overcharge, spend time on call explaining the issue to you, you just say its not possible #badmobilityserviceincanada #openmobilitymarketcanada

@bell Same nightmare three month later. Charging me 200 dollars for a modem I returned 3 month ago - and Bell confirmed receiving. In the middle of the conversation, you even tried to sell me more service without resolving the current issue?? How ridiculous can you be Bell?
