@Bell_Support: I never write publicly about these sorts of things, but here we go. I have had my home internet out of service for three days. I work from home. I have had 9 calls (for a total of ~4 hrs) with diff. agents from your team to send out a technician to repair. 1/X

@Bell_Support My husband had to hang up on the service person with the screaming child in the background.

Dear @bell my husband is shouting because your phone person is a blundering idiot & assumes that customers know your various codes/numbers etc and asking for an obscure code reference (approval number) that he does not have & has no idea where to find it. Make your systems

@Bell_Support Hello Bell Support. I woke up to no bell service on my phone lines. This of course meant I have no access to internet. In our house we use internet and phone service to work at home and carry out the business of the day.

  • MrLudlow1 Mr.Ludlow (@MrLudlow1) reported

@Bell @Google @GooglePixelFC phone broke so I sent it in to get repaired. The quote price is more than the phones original purchase price. How does your team think this is a feasible business model? I refuse to pay well over $1000 for a screen repair. You have lost a customer.

  • hashichizu Lucas (@hashichizu) reported

@gyarrados @Bell It’s one of the biggest company in Canada and they can’t repair **** lmao. The worst is that they are hiding it and you need to dig to get answers.

  • SalutTodd Todd (@SalutTodd) reported

@Bell_Support with these workers to get anything moving is an embarrassment and totally unfair to them (and to your customers). And yet I feel I am forced to do this because the service outage has now affected my family’s jobs and no other action seems to be working. 4/X
