@Bell Technician lied and said they came out for a service call when they hadn’t. After an hour on the phone with bell, was told “the technician said you weren’t home so too bad for you”. Said they couldn’t contact the technician cause they “don’t do that”. Great customer service.

@Bell @Bell_Support Spent all day NYE waiting at my new house away from my family for a bell tech that NEVER arrived. Was bounced around customer service departments for over an hour. Nobody at bell tried to contact us. Why is it so hard to sign up for internet? #bellcanada
