@Bell Unless you are going to send a contractor to clear the bloody mess on the Bell service pole BEHIND MY HOUSE and install my internet, I will cancel (BD72TLJM). It's YOUR pole!!!!

  • mobi4000 mobi4000 (@mobi4000) reported

@Bell_Support 4/4 I definitely want to leave Bell sooner after this unpleasant experience. It should not take 48 hours to contact a customer to restore their services.

So for those seeking rural wifi service on PEI. Be aware that mine has recently started dropping service randomly requiring manual reboots. When contacted @Bell_Support discovered the tower we are on is over capacity - they say “full” - & they don’t know when it can be fixed? 1/2

@Bell_Support 1/5 Very unhappy and displeased with Bell. I set up a cancellation order for Aug 2 and my Home phone service was disconnected early on July 26, resulting in ALL 3 home services not working for an entire day.

Hey @Bell_Support, super shady of you to send a rude, maskless solicitor to my door telling me I need to sign up for your service to my house. Threatening residents with a $20 hook-up fee if they refuse does not attract customers. Not entertaining the thought of your Bell Fibe.
