I guess @Bell is leaving people in Nunavut stranded for internet. Their ONLY authorized dealer in the entire territory isn't providing service because of staffing and @Bell refuses to provide the service over the phone telling us to go back to the dealer!

@Bell_Support Hey bell why it..12 customer service reps later..I still haven’t ordered my security camera, spoken to escalations and can’t get my order confirmed? Over 1 hr and no one can help me? Do you not train the people from the Philippines?

  • CiprianIuga Stefan Ciprian Iuga (@CiprianIuga) reported

@Bell Why do I even need home and tv to get a better deal? You're throwing money out the window just to keep an archaic service up. Just an FYI for anyone that doesn't know, internet - 1.5 gbps - 115$/mo, add a 4k box to your cable drawer and a home phone line to never use - 85$/mo

  • regisnatalie69 Milli (@regisnatalie69) reported

@Bell_Support your customer service is beyond poor. Over 1 hour and nothing g is resolved but you guys make sure to cut peoples services off the day after they miss their bill. You guys are horrible. I can’t even get to the cancellation department to cancel my services.
