@Bell Please check the ticket and see what height the tech put the line in as off the ground. I’m betting he put in the other line ABOVE this one in as needing to be fixed as he was adamant that this low hanging one was not a bell line. If it’s not down as approx 6ft it’s incorrect.

@MichaelBrains @Highteaspeaks @Bell Freedom will likely frustrate you. Speaking from experience, i had to port to rogers after serious network issues. Phone would be on with full bars but i’d get a text notification for missed calls or vm because people couldn’t reach me. My husband too…

@Bell I will be calling in after each month to get credit since you guys can’t figure out what the issue is causing my wifi to get disconnected constantly at times, and since you refuse to send a technician.

@Bell why do you put the wrong phone number on my bills? Im in the east coast but the number on my bill for customer service is bell not bell aliant. I spent 10 minutes just waiting on hold, another 5 mins explaining my problem then to be told I have the wrong number.

@Highteaspeaks @Bell I honestly don't know how you guys land yourself in some unnecessary bills or plan. There other mobile service provider outthere for as low as $38 ..only home service (internet) should be that expensive
