A @Bell rep called at 4:45, 4:46, 4:47, left a voicemail deciding for me I didn’t have a problem with my home phone for so and so and since I didn’t pick up she was cancelling my service call for tomorrow. It’s people like her that gives you the worst name in the business.

For everyone's sake @Bell_Support is awful. They charged me a $50.85 account transfer fee w/o informing me to change an account from my Moms name to mine before we switched to Telus. My Mom is dead. I am furious. Don't do business with Bell folks.

Get a call from @bell mobility to tell me about the offers they have. I proceed to politely tell the lady (not her fault), that I am not interested in adding a device to a declining service. 1/3

@CRTCeng @Bell_Support is Bell not required to take accountability for its downtime? It doesn't even say on their website that they're having issues despite hundreds of complaints online about outages

By the way @Bell whatever she said DID NOT WORK. The fact she took it upon herself to decide if my problem was real or not in a whole 4 minutes that was entirely one sided is insulting. Almost made me want to go back to Rogers 5 days into my new services.

I can't believe bell hasn't restored the service yet. It's been five hours of fibre being down. What's the hold up? @Bell_Support
