@Bell You’ll sell this to your customers and then when they realize they aren’t getting what they paid for you say “the service is unavailable in your area” but you still charge the premium price knowing you can’t provide the premium service that was promised

  • bluenredocean michaelp (@bluenredocean) reported

@Bell_Support Problem fixed by replacing the modem. Thanks

  • S44NSKII Saan (@S44NSKII) reported

@t3kfr34k @Bell Most likely the same problem I had, they charge you for the best internet but don’t let you know that they can’t provide the best internet in your area

  • ypcrts thomas seghuh (@ypcrts) reported

@Bell you charged me $121 in roaming last month: $45 for a 20-minute local call while in the US, plus $75 for five days of data. If I was with @ATT, I would have paid $0. Please explain why I should remain a customer.

  • TacoCat_16 Tacocat (@TacoCat_16) reported

@Bell_Support the internet service that you are providing for us in southern Ontario is unusable, you give us a $10 credit yet the internet can’t be used. We are not the only ones having issues, it’s the whole village. Everyone deserves more than a $10 credit or at least fix it.
