  • TWSheppard Tom Sheppard (@TWSheppard) reported

    @PXAbstraction @Bell Your connection should be free for the duration of the monitoring. That would ensure they don't let it drag out. "Oopsies, did we forget to end the monitoring? Our bad!"

  • mightysun1 mightysun (@mightysun1) reported

    @Bell I'm very upset wth the service you provided to this request BCMSVDHS. How dare you cancel, as it was supposed to be connected tomorrow. #customerexperience #Toronto

  • Septembersphere Kevin September (@Septembersphere) reported

    Can’t believe the horrible and somewhat ridiculous #customerservice / disservice I’ve experienced with @Bell / @Bell_Support today 📲 Sorry I left @TELUS as #Bell wasn’t worth the #savings they offered 🤑

  • CanadianGirlGta Andy (@CanadianGirlGta) reported

    @Rogers please hire more customer support representatives... being on the phone for over 2 hours each call makes me want to switch to @Bell

  • PXAbstraction Parallax Abstraction (@PXAbstraction) reported

    @human3500 @OpenMediaOrg @Bell If there was any other option but Bell Fiber that provided the speeds I require where I am, I would use it. But I'm sure the CRTC will ensure that never happens.

  • evilmadcap Terry (@evilmadcap) reported

    @Bell_Support Land Lines down in Ontario anywhere?

  • saschasegan Sascha Segan (@saschasegan) reported

    @iansltx @Bell I know, I've requested a fix

  • FadedSpark Corey Owen (@FadedSpark) reported

    @Bell_Support Functionally useless data speeds, usually Sub 1mbps over the last week or so. Noticed mostly at work (catarqui centre Kingston) while on break. So bad you can't even send an iMessage most of the time.

  • AlyeshaRose Alyesha Rose (@AlyeshaRose) reported

    @Bell_Support My internet is down again. I’ve had more than 5 technicians come to my damn house to “fix” my internet. What kind of service are you guys providing? #Bell #bellcanada

  • TheRevenite TheRevenite (@TheRevenite) reported

    @PXAbstraction @Bell My modem does this already. Hell, I don't know of a modem that doesn't log the types of data used and monitor the up and down stream speeds. Hell, QoS pretty much does this if it's on, so the only reason to ad that device is because Bell doesn't want to get on hot water sharing
