@Bell_Support Horrible customer service! Placed an order on 19th Nov 2020, paid $400 as security deposit but the new SIM cards NEVER arrived. Now trying to cancel order but not successful in that either! Horrible Experience!

@Humanitaires @Bell_Support Having been with them for two years, I’m not surprised! They are setting a new example of terrible customer service everyday! Hope they realize that we expect a certain degree of respect as consumers and they should be more ethical.

@Bell_Support I am facing bell internet issue since last 7 days , City Mississauga and postal code is L5V2N3 . Throughput is pathetic ,I had similar issue in May 2020 and seems not fixed yet. Charging me 90$ p.m for FIBE 50 and getting only 16 MB DL & 0.6 MB UL ticket#50158339

@Bell_Support @AndrewWc44 I’m having the same issue trying to access the FibeTV app on my Insignia Smart TV. Tried reinstalling the app, didn’t work. This issue didn’t start until this Monday. What else can we try here?
