@ISED_CA @Bell I have a plan of action that will work, these accounts never respond to suggestions FYI. The accounts are supposed to make you feel like Gov. is doing something, while they are really not mandating anything.

I’ve been a customer with @Bell_Support for 24 years. My Dad worked at Bell for 35+ years and has also been a customer for that length of time. I’ve spent over 50 hours in the last year on the phone with Bell due to THEIR errors. What did they offer? $37.50 off my next bill...1/2
