@Bell_Support The communication to your customers is horrible. Cannot contact support. You don’t even invest in a broadcast feature to let customers know. Goodbye to bell for good. It’s not just the outage the customer service rates 0

Okay - seems to not be just me - but Ontario. #FibeTV is down - along with all the support/service options. Self Repair is down and too much volume on chat/tech support. So - can only just sit and wait. Yay. @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support @Bell You may want to update your customers, as we all sit here wondering when it will be fixed. Is a crew on site, is it malware, has your technical team found the issue??

@Bell_Support This is the worst tweet ever. How is it good news that the service we pay for is unavailable? Tell us the app is working but don’t ask us to be happy that we have to download your app to watch tv. Do better!
