@Bell why do you record conversations for “quality assurance”, when you don’t go back to listen?? It has been 6 days now to get a technician to my mother-in-law’s house to fix her phone line. PHONE LINE!! Wake up Bell!!!

  • TopherMalkin71 Topher Malkin (@TopherMalkin71) reported

@bell @bell_support i have NEVER had as many dropped hours of service since I agreed to accept your CRAP fibe service. What is your actual problem

  • karenrivers Karen Rivers (@karenrivers) reported

Just had unbelievably stressful experience cancelling mum's cell phone she can no longer use due to her Parkinson's. Makes me wonder how many elderly people trying to cancel their service just give up and keep it, and if this is @Bell's intent when they make the process so hard.

  • lisammclean Lisa McLean (@lisammclean) reported

We've had a @Bell rep at our front door EVERY afternoon this week in #Guelph. Um, I didn't want your service (or your flyer) any other day this week. Please stop disturbing my workday.

  • _ElleRyan e l l e (@_ElleRyan) reported

. @Bell sent me an email to contact loyalty regarding my tv and internet. When I did the "loyalty" rep was horrible, condescending and rude. When you contact someone for their business you should treat them with respect @Bell_Support

  • ChopraDk Davinder Chopra (@ChopraDk) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell channel # 808 is not showing any live content and merely repeating recorded version for the last 2 weeks. Any technical issue? When will original content be available?

  • SlimChelvin Chelvin (@SlimChelvin) reported

@Bell_Support my internet goes down approximately 4-6 times per day lately. I live quite literally in the middle of downtown Toronto… is there a reason for this or just the standard crappy bell service

  • Dustin08 Dustin Berlett (@Dustin08) reported

@RobMTheAgGuy @Bell_Support I switched to @RogersMobileCa from bell few months back. Cheaper plans and a lot better signal so far.

  • CanuckTruth CanucksCore (@CanuckTruth) reported

How in the world can you support this team with this behaviour? I love the cause, but this? @Bell #BellLetsTalk #Canucks

  • SPQR11279 AlphaScorpio (@SPQR11279) reported
