@Road_Guy_Colin @Bell Unfortunately, I think the nature of IPTV technology introduces latency with encoding, routing, decoding and other processing. Telecom moving to it makes it cheaper for them, not better for the customer. Last part is just my opinion

Has SpongeBob SquarePants been completely removed on Canadian TV? YTV and the Cartoon Network were the only two after Nick went off the air yesterday ... and now I don't see SpongeBob anywhere in the program listings. What is going on here, @Bell? I pay over $300/m for this?

@Bell Unfortunately the only solution you ever seem to offer is an extender which we have to pay extra for monthly, which we will not be doing. For over $300 a month that’s unacceptable to present as a solution when the service YOU are paid to provide doesn’t work.

I love my Bell 1.5 Gbps plan, but moving to a new place where Bell only offers 100 Mbps. Not enough for my needs. Bell is charging me $315 to cancel early, even though service isn’t available. Hoping @Bell can waive this fee. #BellCanada
