@Bell @Bell_Support But thats not all! I had to repeat myself and push for the back office cancellation with its 2 days delay for refund. Originally, I was told I have to stick with Bell until device ships in 2 months, then ship it back to bell. ******* worst customer service anywhere.

  • RevisitingLife David (@RevisitingLife) reported

@Bell Terrible website. Abysmal phone channel. Slow customer support. Same price as competitors. My family was going to get Bell TV, not anymore. I will call @TELUS tomorrow to switch over to them. Goodbye Bell. @Bell_Support

  • RevisitingLife David (@RevisitingLife) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support I asked the person on the phone to at least guarantee the device upgrade, plan upgrade and $780 downpayment on the device will be refunded in next 2 days: she guaranteed. If this does not happen I am raising a complaint with the Ombudsman and Regulator.
