Closing down an account with @Bell. Spoke to three different reps to dot my i's and cross my t's, all three told me that the final cost to close would be $390 - the remaining cost of the phone. Today, got a bill of $800 and berated by a rep saying I was clearly wrong. Yikes.

@dave__whiteside @Bell I absolutely hated the nightmare of being transferred multiple times to cancel my account. Next week they will call and offer you services at great-prices for being a “loyal customer”. Umm where were those prices when i was a customer?

@Bell_Support @Bell I lost my SIM card while traveling internationally and found out the worst process that has existed in human history. Bell needs to send my LOST SIM card# a message to verify before they can switch to a new SIM card. Logic left the conversation..

Hey @Bell the Indian scammers are at it again and claiming that you are the only internet provider and that everyone else uses your service, also that their network security has been uninstalled and it violates your TOS you might want to send a email out to your clients
