    @TSpencerNairn @Bell_Support I got rid of @Bell six months ago. We are still sharing quality time on the phone while I try to get the last of the equipment returned and final, final, final billing sorted out. They asked in I would use Bell again. I won't say never but I will need to be some desperate.

    @Bell_Support be like “eta for outage fix is 5pm” yesterday, then to this day and five support convos later, still without internet. Lack of transparency is ridiculous.

    92 y/o M-I-L moved into new LTC on Thursday @Bell phone to be activated Friday, a technician shows up at LTC, but refuses to take a rapid test (per LTC policy), doesn’t notify anyone, puts the install on “hold” & leaves. I find out, call @Bell customer service apologizes … 1/2

    @Bell_Support I have tried to change to Bell for the past 4 days, with no luck, shouldn't take this long to become a Bell customer. Might as well go to @RogersMobileCa or @TELUSsupport
