@Bell I’ve had no internet service for over 12 hours (Toronto, West end) Your support page seems kind of useless as it says there aren’t any outages. This is very inconvenient. Are you planning to get this fixed?

@Bell On the phone this morning for 1.5 hours after support agent mucked up my esim on their network. Thanks to esim activation department for correcting the problem caused by the support agent. I wish I had his name.

@Google @Android I recently noticed when I connect to 5G I have a really low signal. When I connect to LTE everything works perfectly. I'm using Pixel 8. Called my carrier @Bell and there's nothing wrong with their network. Maybe one of the Pixel 8 updates caused this?

@Bell With all the money you rob from your customers for your crappy service, you shouldn’t be begging for handouts scammer.

  • JasonGagne24235 JayDawgTDot (@JasonGagne24235) reported

@TELUSsupport If you had a call center in Canada, it wouldn't be an issue. Instead, you're leading with profits over service and the customer pays at the end. Telus used to be different, customer focused ... Now, you're no different then @Bell and @Rogers . Shame!

@Bell Start by improving your ridicoulus costumer service.

  • RocketBuilt Just Keven (@RocketBuilt) reported

@Bell Where can I report a vandalized Bell Utility box? After 10 minutes of digging, I can’t find anything on the Bell website that would help.

  • LondonOntMan Graham Little (@LondonOntMan) reported

Not having incoming phone calls is really hard on business. C’mon @Bell get your crap together and fix the lines.

  • pftrivino Peter Trivino (@pftrivino) reported

Hey @Bell your support team is BRUTAL. Anyone else out there that can help? Dissatisfied and disappointed with the reply they provided and when I ask for the contact information for your ombudsman total radio silence. Interesting way to treat a long time ‘valued’ customer.
