Congratulations @bell. My girlfriend was just about to renew her #virgincanada plan on a new iPhone. Guy told her it costs 50 to buy in store. She left. They’re setting up her new phone at #rogers because they waived the 50 fee. Amazingly stupid to chase customers away. #bell

@BearPawChris @JaniceOwen @Bell Look what they did to Dan O'Toole when he came forward with his own issues. Talk is cheap for these ********.

The hypocrisy of @Bell they want to help mental issues but starting Feb 1st they are putting employees out of work for not getting the 💉💉... way to go #BellLetsTalk

@TheMarieOakes @noovo_ca @Bell Guess some ppl are sick in Canada. And its not COVID. But then, same happened to other part of British Empire. Kinda ironic that UK itself is just going to keep calm and carry on, while collonies went full retard.

  • Steph_Newell Steph Newell (@Steph_Newell) reported

@Bell almost a month without working internet that we have been paying for. 1st tech came and cut the cables, 2&3 tell me nothing can be fixed because they can’t dig (cables above ground) and today tech I was speaking with hangs up on me…you lost my service #worstservice #bellca

hey @bell and @Bell_Support, why are plans built to treat existing customers as 2nd class? E.g. Posted rates are unavailable to existing because its not a new activation. Why not treat all customers equally? Guess i'm shopping for a new carrier again.

  • PAOLO_NL_TO Paulo (@PAOLO_NL_TO) reported

@Bell wtf is wrong with you guys. Trys to change the name on a account because she's decease. Only to be told it's a 50 dollar fee charged. So I guess you like billing dead people.
