    @Shumat_su @Bell @Bell_Support Biggest regret is waiting 3 days for them to come fix it before calling new provider bc now we have to wait until Monday 😔 Probably still shorter time than waiting for Bell to come fix it.

    The @bell Saga continues. 15 years buying iPhone for the famjam and paying monthly bills is outweighed by the “man”, the big box phone store. Oh how I miss the days of customer care and understanding. #bellletstalk I think I’ll just go take my anxiety meds now. Ouff

    @RachelMathers18 @02Yozora @Bell It’s only Bell or Rogers in this neighbourhood 🙃 Rogers came within 20hr to fix neighbour’s line and had all necessary equipment. Bell came at night in a van and said it was too dark to do anything. Then a couple days later said that need to find out when technician can come.

    @Bell figured it out! Been fighting with your network in the huron perth area (Walton/Monkton) for a few months now 3G is brutal, seems things only want to work with 4G if we get it. Sincerely 1 voice buht many customers

    @CarDaddyPlease @Bell I agree! I've had 4 technicians to my home in 1 week and 3 modem changes. My husband calls support and they tell him to calm down. Riiiight, the service sucks and then were told to calm down. How would that feel if the service they paid for NEVER worked

    @Bell being trying to get support but 310Bell busy all the time and online chat says to call 310Bell. Set up a call back 2 weeks ago still no call from Bell. This can't be your usual service, can it? Need to speak to Bell small business.

    @Bell Not happy with your customer service. Took a day off work so I was home for FibreOp to be installed but didn't receive a call until 3pm saying it wouldn't be done today now and rescheduled to next week. Would have appreciated a call earlier so I could cancel the day off.
