@Bell_Support cancelled internet and tv service for our tenants after just yesterday confirming the details of the account to make sure there was no interruption. Now, they are saying we have to wait a week for re-installation. Really? Do better Bell. Send someone TOMORROW. #bell

@Bell you guys really out here giving 10 extra gigs of data, saying that it will expire when we change our phone plan, then never informing us of the “expired” data then try and charge us over 700$. **** off 🖕🏻

@Bell_Support received 2 new receivers...nothing but problems. Tech could not resolve issues over the phone so now we have to have a technician come out on Sunday to fix it. And my son who works from home could not do his job properly. So your $50 credit doesn't cut it.

@Bell Your wireless home internet is trash! Service goes to compete dog 💩 after the first 350gigs. Why don't you degens just give true unlimited internet with no slow down? Canadians pay some of the highest rates so clearly it's in your budget to provide better service. Under 5mbps 🖕

@Bell_Support so what's up with the network in the Yonge and Eglinton area? I spoke to 3 tech support agents today who all informed me things where running smoothly, yet I couldn't receive calls and my outgoing calls kept getting dropped.
