    @bell wow your mobility customer service is top notch eh? Sorry that was supposed to be completely sarcastic. Want to upgrade phone yet I have to pay full price for the phone (divided over 24months locked contract AND have to do a new plan which increases by $30/month.

    @Bell Well the installer put the pod in the room where the Wi-Fi is the worst. So it’s trying to boost an already very poor signal.

    @Bell please help in resolving latest investigation DI01588162. I am following up with customer care for many weeks now. Everytime I get an assurance that it will be resolved but nothing happens after.
