@Bell Bell Aliant customer service used to be amazing. Now that Bell has gutted and butchered Aliant on the block and all that is left is the terrible customer service that Bell offers.

@Bell I find this interesting why Fibre Ops Wifi doesn’t just ‘cover your entire home’? I thought I did purchase ‘Wi-Fi that covers your entire home’….that’s why I went with the Bell. I now just ‘plug-in’ my Ethernet cable to ensure network stability.

@Bell I still get packet losses, inconsistent speeds and never an offer to swap my modem. Just a tech support team that tells me it must be my devices and to do the same checks over and over again. Reliable 1 Gig? I don’t think so.

I'd rather scream at @Bell's Twitter account than some poor customer rep who's trying their best. But if I have yelled, it's because I know the calls are being recorded for quality and training purposes so it's to let whoever's listening know there's been no quality nor training.
