Hey @Bell_Support your unlimited data plan that throttled down the speed after you use a certain amount of Gigs is horrible. I can’t even navigate your site with it. Makes the phone almost useless. And your rates are way too high

@bell Hey Bell Canada. My mother recently passed away. Why do you need me to provide you with proof of power of attorney just to cancel her account? We wanted to keep the account but under a different name. No other utilities company asked for this. We have now moved to Rogers!
