    @Bell_Support A few days ago I had no internet for 12 hrs, now I have no TV service. The 24 hrs tech line says office is closed, tried the chat online, no response. Please assist....and please don't say send us a DM with account info cause I've done that too with no response.

    @Bell_Support What do you expect from Bell Canada customer support team that’s outsourced to the Philippines and they don’t even have Bell services. I picture 10 people sitting in a room trying to answer calls. I guess that’s why we pay a lot for our services.

    @Bell_Support Actually, just so you guys are aware,you cannot manage your devices on the fibe app right now because when you go to login it tells you your information is invalid. I needed to delete a device to add my new TV.

    @Bell_Support How does this help with seniors that are not tech savvy? My poor dad has no idea how to fix these issues and can't get through to customer service. And I can't get to him to help since I would have to take 2 buses and LRT to get to him. But thank god the app is working.
