@Bell_Support The issue is I was promised a plan by @BestBuyCanada in Dartmouth Crossing that isn't being honoured...even though I have documentation of the contract promise.

@ChrisMcIntyre78 @Bell Most likely a user problem...not the modem. Wired or wifi? Use wired network as you will never get the speeds on Wi-Fi unless up close to the modem. Wired you get speeds up and above listed.

@Bell_Support @jessiica416__ What is Bell doing about scam calls? I received another call regarding charges to my visa. I don't have visa. The phone number is listed as one of our local churches. (Spoofing). Is my only option, cancel Bell after 46 years??

@Bell_Support I do not believe you that you are "sorry". The service I experienced took effort to be so very frustrating. Bell clearly does not want customers to call.
