I spoke to 5 diff. people and got 5 diffe. info, everyone contradicting the info I had just received. I gave up and switched all our services to Videotron shortly after.

I've ruled my system out as the problem since I've basically reset all the drivers, software and hardware outside of a full Windows reinstall.

Mal (@Mal027) reported@Bell_Support @Bell When will additional rural plans be offered in ON? I have 200GB of data but capped at 5 down, 1 up. Meanwhile, my bell phone does 25 down, 10 up. My internet plan is effectively useless when gaming. Ive started to Hotspot my cell but my plan only has 15GB.
