    @Bell How can we connect with such bad coverage? Between 0-2 bars inside the house downtown Brockville. Everytime we call we spend 1h30 on the line and you don't want to waive the penalty after making me lose tons of business because of your bad coverage in a populated area.

    I'm ******* done. I'll have a new ISP with @Bell starting Tuesday and will hopfully have stable internet now. Been with @Rogers for about 20 years and have had the WORST experience personally over the past 2 years. Finally happy to find a good offer and move on man

    @Bell_Support hello, I got the new remote, thank you. But my receiver is getting very hot, is that normal? Also, when I watch TV the TV goes black for a second or two every few minutes. It is not a TV issue, it is a receiver issue. The TV doesn't go black with the game console

    @bell Promotions are trash. Signed up for internet last year and received a defective $100 gift card. It was replaced with another defective one. Every call to customer service, no notes are taken. Guess I have to call and record it for accountability? #bhell #badcustomerservice

    @Bell customer service is terrible - your tv ads make a joke of it but it's no joke - 30 years as a loyal customer and headed to @Rogers or anyone else who will take less of our $ for better service
