    @Bell_Support why in the world won’t you help the Elderly? I had to come to my in laws because your technicians were forcing us to be on premise to troubleshoot a phone line for my parents who are 70+ years of age who don’t understand technology. Now I am sitting here waiting.

    @Bell My bell Internet suddenly stopped working today. I am on phone with Bell Tech Expert on Saturday Jan 2, 2020 third person back to back and frustratingly replied to same questions again and again. No resolution yet. Both of us WFH and my son will have online class from Mon.

    Hello @bell despite I cancelled my service with you in September 2020 you are still harassing me to pay you, I Even send you back the modem after you sent me the instructions via e mail! I tried to reach out to you via phone and through your chat but no one can help. @CCTS_CPRST

    @virginmobilecan I would like to know why I am not receiving short code messages when I was receiving them no problem with @Bell

    @virginmobilecan I still can’t get “short” codes or verification codes. Everything has checked out okay with Apple Care. It worked before when I was with @Bell but since switching to Virgin, it’s been an issue. Already sent DM. Please respond.
