@Bell who do I contact about an installer placing a line across my property to my neighbours house without permission. I’ve contacted a CS agent once already and was told I’d hear back in 48 hrs. That was 3 weeks ago. Should I cut down the line then? Tick tock

@Bell_Support can you guys help, I keep getting scam texts and phone calls. I was under the impression these were supposed to cut back due to the new rules from the @CRTCeng But they actually have gotten worse.

  • UchihaBarnz0 Anbu Barnz0 🇨🇦 that's my ninja way (@UchihaBarnz0) reported

@Bell 150 MB speeds basic cable with like 3 channels added $170 a month...this is absolutely absurd. Seeming the internet can't have 3 things running on it at once or it's garbage. The picture on the TV is terrible from the HD box but the 4K doesn't work at all.

  • STihal Stephen Tihal (@STihal) reported

@Bell_Support It's been 11 minutes, it's taken 4 more calls for me to finally get a recording saying that Bell is closed. All for the work-life balance but wow did your team shut it down abruptly. Final count for the day: 13 phone calls, 5 employees, 4 hours. 0 problems solved.
