@Bell Called the Preferred Customer line today for support to transfer 1 of my mobility numbers to a new customer account number. After speaking to 5 different people, I was hung up on. I do lots of business with Bell, own a lot of BCE stock. I have never been treated so badly!

@Bell It has been nearly a (Jan 8/20) week since I made my requests to cancel my internet services, told by multiple people on phone that it will disconnected but no action. I still have to pay even though I requested my internet to be cancelled?

@BritHemming @Bell It's not very cost effective, but have you considered using an aftermarket router rather than the one supplied by the service? Something like a Nighthawk AC2600 or a good quality TP Link router.
