@Bell_Support May 17: Our Bell Fibe TV service is not working. We live in North York (M3J). We tried to contact you via Chat but no one is available (instructed to try again later). My husband was then on the phone for 45+ minutes waiting to speak with an agent and suddenly cut off. Grrrrrr.

@Bell_Support I am in Etobicoke and around 5 pm I tried to watch TV through my Bell Fibe TV service and noticed heavy dropouts and pixellation. Attempted to reboot receiver and now stuck on Bell Fibe Logo with a flashing green light. Internet service seems to be fine.

@wmcwonca @Bell_Support Mother in law has no TV since 5pm. In Ottawa, K2B area code. If it makes a difference, she has Fibe and a 4K box. What's the solution? Can't get a rep on the phone ... "too busy".

Bell is suffering a major outage for many BellTV and FibeTV clients. Mostly issues with resolution, PVR or total malfunction of the receiver. They rarely warn the public at large. But it's affecting thousands from Quebec City to Windsor @Bell @Bell_Support
