    Called @Bell to question bill increase for my home internet. I was told this is a standard increase in the rate and we cannot do anything for it. @Bell is increasing rate a week after the ON QC outage and today I have been without internet for 5hrs. Is this what we are paying for

    @Bell my 90 yr old mother is paying more for services than others we got it down $20 she still is paying more than a lot of people. Had same number with bell for over 53yrs. Told us this new rate was the loyalty program. Disgraceful, way to take money from seniors

    Calling @Bell in Canada & getting a 'customer service' phone rep / service tech that speaks fluent English is like winning the lottery. They ask if we want service in French or English, but based on my past few days' experience, the English option does not seem to exist.
