@Bell @Ombudsman_OBSI My mobile cost went up. Called twice only way to get a cheaper plan is to get a phone through them. I buy my phone's myself. Don't like contracts. They blamed the increase on the war! Called Telus and saved $37 a month. No more loyalty, Bell sucks!

@ryangerritsen @pasturedbeef @Bell One of the few benefits of living in Quebec is that Starlink is subsidized by our government, and the startup equipment was free, but paid $68 for shipping. I pay $100 mth for the service. Never had an issue with them.

@stcrawford2 @Bell Yeah, further entrenching Bell is what we need to do. They don't have quite enough of a stranglehold on the market. You didn't invite Rogers so they could just sit down and split up the map?

@ryangerritsen @Bell They often don’t notify you of increases either. Ours increased a lot and we had no warning. No one could tell us why until we escalated it to management. We cancelled our services and got a better deal and better service elsewhere.

@Bell Can you or anyone tell me why after canceling all your services I'm still getting a monthly bill? And even more frustrating, I can't find a person to discuss this with. A scheduled call back means absolutely nothing. How do I escalate this to a human to solve my problem?

@ryangerritsen @Bell Nobody needs Bell, stop complaining. They are well-known for their contractual shenanigans. Starlink base plan is $7/month for "suspend" mode and the receiver fits in a backpack. You don't even need to use Rogers or Telus/Virgin/etc on Bell's network.

any response @Bell @Bell_Support or i should change the network after more than 2 years of loyalty
