@Bell_Support Wanna just buy Cogeco instead of buying out contracts? At least your internet doesn’t go down 24/7. Tell your bosses to PLEASE buy Cogeco so I don’t lose out on YourTV Niagara.

@Bell_Support This is the worst tweet ever. How is it good news that the service we pay for is unavailable? Tell us the app is working but don’t ask us to be happy that we have to download your app to watch tv. Do better!

@hewett_michael @Bell_Support They tweeted out the outage does not affect Bell Fibe App, so I guess if you have a bell phone plan, you can enjoy your fav shows on your tiny screen, for sure it’s why I pay $185 a mo.for this experience. I had to get a Teksavvy (thru Rogers) line to be able to work at home

@Bell_Support The communication to your customers is horrible. Cannot contact support. You don’t even invest in a broadcast feature to let customers know. Goodbye to bell for good. It’s not just the outage the customer service rates 0
